Din egen private baggård er din strand! Hjem bygget på sandet ikke på tværs af gaden. Vågn op og tag kaffe på dit stranddæk i dine jammies og få din natnat snack under stjernerne på stranddækket eller tag dine stole ned til vandet med venner og lav minner til månen, der glider ud af vandet med dine fødder i sandet. At være din egen private strand er der ikke brug for tilladelse til et bryllup. Den eneste måde at komme tættere på vandet er at være på en båd !! Når du bliver her vil du blive forkælet!

Overall great stay! The private beach was lovely and the home was exactly as described. The chair service(4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) was super convenient, and they also had extra chairs and an umbrella on the porch downstairs for us to use.

Beautiful place. Lots of room for all our kids and grandkids to enjoy. Beach access amazing. Host was very quick to respond with any issues. We only had a brief issue with WiFi and she was quick to tell how to fix it.

The house was perfect for our group and for vacation! Being right on the beach was amazing and the house was so cute. We would love to book it again or recommend to anyone else looking for a beach house.

We give returning guests a little something for being a repeat guest a you will benefit most by letting me manually adjust the nightly rate prior to reserving. This will adjust taxes and fess since they are based on the total nightly rate. The taxes and fees cannot be adjust once you reserve. I want you to get the most out of our gift to you. The property has great location really enjoyed it right on the beach. The neighbor to the south was wonderful. He was an all year owner and it was nice to have his advice Only negative would be if you ended up with somebody staying on the north side of the unit could cause you issues,they were quiet, but they did smoke out on the deck, which was not a great thing.Location along Destin was perfect as it was just north of the real busy area of the public beaches and so anything north we didn’t have a lot of traffic for people, but we were close to the action fun places to go and eat and have a drink.

You do get peace with your own exclusive beach while having access nearby to Restaurants, beach bars, shopping without the craziness of the high rises etc of Old Destin even though you can easily get to downtown Destin within 10-15 mins.

We had an amazing time! What a beautiful home with all the setup you could need! Coffee on the beach - right outside our door. Beach chair service! Family dinners together at the huge dining table. And sunsets on the deck. Walk to get a daiquiri and seafood galore. We had plenty of room! Beds were comfy and linens were soft. Plenty of towels too. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved the location and the private beach!! The only surprise was that in the basement, the 4th bedroom is a queen over queen bunk bed. The top buck barely has head clearance.. you cannot sit up in bed.. there is a tiny broom closet that one suitcase can fit in if it’s standing up. No floor space for luggage if it’s opened up and laying out. It is fine for a person only using the bottom bed, but the top bunk isn’t comfortably usable at all. So I wouldn’t count on it as a bed option. The 2 pull out couches were fine, and there was a very comfortable memory foam mattress in the master closet with room in the floor of the master for it.. All kitchen appliances were great, and utensils and dishes well stocked. Overall loved the house. Just be ware about the 4th bedroom situation. The king over king bunk beds were great though. The complementary beach chair and umbrella service was great also!

Thank you for your review. I am glad that you loved the house. Your input is received and appreciated. If you are speaking of the back bunk room with two queen size beds/bunks we do create our custom bunks so if two adults are staying in that room they are not cramped sleeping on the bottom bunk. the closet is not a broom closet it is a full size closet to be able to store suitcases on the bottom and hang plenty of clothes. You are correct the top bunk is closer to the ceiling so this is good info for future guests. Thank you. I do not think you are speaking about the larger bunks room with 1 king & 1 queen that has plenty of head space while still giving the lower bunk extra space to make it inventing for one couple to use that room and not feel cramped with a bunk over them. That room has a dresser as well and a full size closet. Your input is received and we are contemplating adding custom drawers under the bunk in the back bedroom. Thank you. There are three sleeper sofas plus to two custom single sleepers in the house as well. Thank you for your review.

Our family loved his property. We have been coming to the Destin area for 25 years and this beach access is the best we have ever had. We will be back to Green Reef next spring. We did experience a few maintenance issues but Kimberly was very responsive and did everything possible to make things right.

We were a party of 9 and we all loved the property. My husband and I are in our late 70s and would have loved an elevator. No towel hooks for bathroom Bunk beds were too close to the ceilingsPoor A/C and circulation in basement areaOutside chairs on beach level were too low for elderly Now that I’ve told you bad let me tell you of the goodBeautiful view. Loved it Correct size chairs on living area deck.plenty of sitting area in den area. A lot of dishes. Beautiful sunrise and sunset viewing. Homeowner/tenants on each side couldn’t have been any nicer. Beds comfortable Easy access to the beach with outside shower We will definitely consider it for future visits

Thank you for your 5 star review. I am not sure which bunks you are speaking of. WE do give a lot of space for the lower bunks in case adults are sleeping on the lower and do not want to feel cramped. Upper bunks are normal height space from the ceiling. The beach level has its own AC unit so that one can bring it to the temperature choice of their own. If I had been told that you were not comfortable I could have helped you work the thermostat. WE do have hooks on the back of bathroom doors for towels plus a ladder towel rack in the master bath. I am not understanding the statement chairs on beach level too low- they are normal patio chairs along with a love seat. If you are speaking of the extra sand chairs to take on the beach in case guests want sand chairs along with the regular beach chair service and umbrellas. WE do find all ages enjoy this home even for those who aren’t comfortable with steps they usually take the beach level with the s2 bdrms, 2nd kitchen, 2nd living room with a walk out straight onto the oversized beach deck with 7 steps down onto your own private deck. I am glad that you enjoyed the home/beach/views enough to consider returning.

Wow! The pictures just don't capture the beauty of this place. Everything was just wonderful - the comfy group living area, the kitchen, the downstairs kitchen and bathroom making beach refreshments easy to restock, the rooms where we could rest up for the next day. And the multiple decks! We had a hard time deciding where we would share our next group cocktail Stores and dining locations are close. The neighbor next door is a hoot, we shared laughs with him every day. Beach is perfect for flying kites, and the daily beach chair service made it welcoming to head out and catch some rays. Kimberly was very responsive when asking questions and offering suggestions prior to pur arrival. She checked back in on our arrival day to make sure we were happy and all tucked in. Great host!We were there for a music festival and had a local golf cart company that shuttled us around. Thanks for more great memories! I hope to book again with you.

Just 2-2 1/2 miles down our street across from the beach! I am personally taking friends to our home for the October concert with Styx and many other great bands! Prior to reserving, inquire first so that I may give you the thank you for returning discount. I have to manually adjust so when you reserve you receive the discount.

Awesome Vacation June 2025

The stay was amazing! Lots of room and the place was one of the nicest we’ve stayed at. Absolutely love the private beach! Kimberly was great to work with. Will definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation.

We love Destin and this location was perfect for the beach and central to everything going on.

The property is Amazing!!! Private beach just steps away!! Walking distance to restaurants. Spacious house. Beach towels were provided, along with beach chairs. Shower on the deck for washing off the sand. Host is very easy to communicate with.

We had one issue and the owner resolved it VERY quickly. Fantastic private beach and lots of room to relax in the house. Newer kitchen was very clean.

Great house and location!

Kimberly was a wonderful host and was very quick to respond to all questions and issues. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a great week in Destin! I would recommend the home to others!

I purchased my long time dream home in 2011. The season was starting. Due to laws I could not do renovations until 2012. At that time I did large major things such as New Air conditioners and moved them off small deck for less noise. I also built and over sized beach deck that is unique to most other places. Along with fresh bedspreads, new linens. Things to make the house clean and beach ready.
Since then my attention is on the inside adding more appliances, decorating just updating for beauty. Please review ALL reviews. I truly enjoy reading the guest book and learning of first sight of beach at 80 years old and a swim, weddings, family reunions etc. It makes my heart happy that I can share something that brings so much joy to my family and friends and more! This is a dream home for me. I have dreamed about it since I was 8 years old. I take pride in it and I want to share it with others so they can make fabulous memories here.

Rare they do not build them on the beach this close to the water anymore. Out house is not the typical narrow place that most are.
We have super wide rooms with mutiple large floors to ceiling windows that look out at our deck, beach and water. This is a hassle free holiday. Think of walking out to your backyard. The beach is our private backyard. We own from wall to wall of our house all the way down to the water. If you are out on the beach and you have forgotten something it isn't a big deal to walk in and get it or go to the bathroom because you are just a few steps into the house. At beach level we have a second kitchen with a full size fridg, sink and dishwasher...makes it easy for beach food and drinks and after eating dinners and lunches out on the deck or beach the dishwasher is right for you to load. No need to lug up to kitchen level. I have tried to make this the most relaxing beach vacation anyone could have.
Also if you want a little people population just walk the beach to the end of our complex, Capt Dave's has happy hour, Pampano Joe's had Volleyball, a beach bar , happy hour, The Crab Trap has a beach bar, a beach playground etc... shopping and entertainment is within 2 miles...so come relax and play on the powdery white sand and the beautiful emerald waters of our Beach House. Hard to find home is built directly on the sand/beach. Great for Beach Weddings!
No lugging beach chairs and toys back and forth or having to cross a street. lean your chairs for the night on the sand fence at your beach deck..
Wide open rooms with floor to ceiling windows for room for everyone.
Two kitchens, two living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths.
The views from every floor are tremendous. being directly on the beach and stepping off your deck onto the sand cannot be easier.
Have your wedding here and then stay for your Honeymoon. We also own another unit if this complex that sleeps additional 20 people along with other homes we own within 3 minute golf cart ride. Have your reception pool side at another of our homes. We can coordinate officiant, photographer, make up, hair, catering etc..
two living areas great for multiple families or teenagers having one area to themselves.
