Gorgeous Long Beach Bungalow (No Smoking)

This is a no-smoking on premises home. This home is located in Long Beach's Eastside Circle neighborhood, only 1.5 miles from the beach. In 2021 we freshened up home with new flooring, paint, baseboards and landscaping. The backyard is serene and has large deck and benches. Enjoy yoga or long conversations with your travel friends/family. Long Beach is the perfect location from which to travel to Southern California's beach or urban amenities. Long Beach Certificate: NRP21-00117
The space
The home was remodeled from 2021. It has upgraded electric panel, tankless hot water heater, dual paned windows, kitchen and bathrooms. The large backyard has several areas to enjoy sunbathing, resting on a shaded deck or BBQing. I've tried to create a serene setting for your enjoyment.
Guest access
The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a side and backyard for guests to enjoy. The tandem driveway to the south of the house accommodates two vehicles.

Well equipped house, very responsive host

We were very happy when we walked in the door and saw how beautiful and well put together this home is for guests/families. The layout was perfect and there was a lovely back serenity garden that had some chairs and a bbq site with patio furniture. The host was very thoughtful and quick to respond when we needed simple additions like more towels or questions about the surrounding sites. It was well situated. Beautiful crystal cove state park (beaches/tide pools, and hiking) 45 min to the south, Long Beach tourist attractions (Queen Mary, boat tours) 20-30 min to the north, and Hollywood sign, Hollywood BLVD, etc about 1-1.5 hours to the west. Happy to return!

Cozy home

I really enjoyed this cute home in Long Beach. It’s close to the airport and Long Beach State where we participated in a volleyball tournament. It had everything that we needed. Quiet and cozy.

Definitely a Beautiful Home

Home just as described and even nicer in person! In fact, this is one of the cleanest and most stocked homes I have stayed in. The house was very cozy and comfortable with a cute backyard space. We enjoyed the location in a quiet neighborhood with its own private driveway for parking which is a definite plus in this area. Easy access to freeways and our favorite restaurants in Belmont Shores. You can tell the host takes pride in her home and makes the experience welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent home and location

Perfect three bedroom space for our girls trip! The house was clean and the listing was accurate. The check in process was easy and the owner was available for any questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Convenient location and a nice stay

The family came down to see my daughter off to college. The location was central and easy to get around Long Beach and environs. The place worked well. It was nicely furnished and comfortable and well stocked. All was smooth and easy with checkin. The only suggestion I have is the TV is a bit awkwardly placed in the living room although the placement was not a big deal for us.

House and host's were Great!

I had a jammed packed weekend with Reunion activities. The home was comfortable and in a great location! Off street parking was a delight! Will stay here again.

Quiet Neighborhood with parking

Lovely newly remodeled home. Master bedroom has queen bed the other two have one twin bed in each. I loved the kitchen, nice appliances. Big plus is on site parking.

Perfect

This house was pretty much perfect for our stay. The location was great, easily accessible to literally everything Long Beach had to offer, and most LA attractions were within driving distance for a day trip. Comfortable and homey atmosphere with great amenities - a personalized welcome sign greeted us, showing that the host cares about her guests. Having a private driveway was nice, never had to worry about finding a parking place on the street.

Convenient location!

Home just as described! Cozy and clean, stocked for your convenience, private driveway, and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to freeways, and highways. We chose this one because it's about 30 minutes to and from LA airport, without traffic of course. And the plus is the host was super nice. Will definitely rent it again given the chance.

Peaceful stay

The property was clean & ready for us. Contacting the owner was easy & pleasant. Everything is well labeled throughout. Location is close to everything in proximity. I would only add we would have liked an additional TV where we can all watch & not only the one in the master bedroom. I will consider staying there again.

Perfect for a LB or Coast experience

New, clean , modern . The host is invested in you having a great stay and is readily available. Location is perfect for exploring Long beach or there is easy access to coast/OC activities. Beds are super comfortable and little extras in kitchen ( coffee) and bathrooms is appreciated. Did not get to yard much but it is a big space to spread out . Happy to come here again .

Lovely home!

Loved the easy access to shops and restaurants and the freeway… and this comes at a cost, with cars in the street, etc. Trade off was worth it! The house is well-appointed and very comfortable. Nice appliances, fully stocked tableware, reverse osmosis water filter, luxury toiletries!! The backyard seating areas are so lovely; it was a treat to relax and enjoy some of that famous Southern California weather with a podcast and an iced beverage! Be aware that there’s only one shower—clearly described in the listing, but I didn’t catch it. Plus, watering is done by hand midweek so there will be someone in the backyard. Shelley was delightful to meet and chat with while she was there checking on construction progress in the back unit, she’d be awesome to share a glass of wine with on the back patio!! I’d stay here again.

Nice House and Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this house and would've given it 5 stars, but there are a few things that would've been nice to know before booking it. One of the reasons we chose it was because it has 2 bathrooms and we stayed with our 2 teenage children. But the primary bathroom only has a bathtub - no shower. And this bathroom has no door on it. It just opens up into the primary bedroom, which was a little awkward. The other bathroom was small, but nice with one quirk. The lights were motion-sensored. So if you were in the shower, the lights and the fan would just turn off. You have to open the shower door in the dark and move around to get the lights and fan back on. This was a small inconvenience, but worth mentioning. There is also only one TV in the house, and it's in the primary bedroom. No TV in the living room. This wasn't a huge deal for us because we were on vacation and busy, but it may make a difference if you are staying here with a family. There were a lot of great things about this listing too. The location in Long Beach was perfect - close to everything. The house has a driveway, which is a huge bonus in Long Beach where street parking is at a premium. The kitchen includes everything you would ever need for cooking. It also includes a washer and dryer that was very handy. The outside was very nice, but we didn't really take advantage of it. It was great having 3 bedrooms because each of our kids each got their own room. Would definitely stay here again.

House is exactly as pictured. It was a perfect start to our vacation. Very neat and clean. Plenty of room and stocked with essentials for cooking and cleaning. The patio was a nice plus to sit and relax. Close to highways and many restaurants. PCH was very close and a great drive with awesome views. The host was very responsive when I reached out. I will definitely book this home again if i'm ever in the area.
