Great Condo

Great place located in my favorite end of island. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Added bonus of a washer and dryer was nice ! Will def book again.

Great stopover!

This was our first time visiting HHI and we loved it. condo was very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked! Great location with access to walking trails to the beach, shopping and restaurants! We will be back!

Nice Condo

Great location. Perfect for my wife and I to getaway for a long weekend. Communication line with owner was always open. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay and the condo had everything we needed. The host was communcative and responded quickly to any questions we had. The weather was lovely and the beach was literally less then a 5 minute walk. However, the villa was slightly smaller than represented and did not appear completely renovated. It actually felt and looked "tired" as did the complex as a whole. We were surprised by the entrance and the flights of steps up to the villa. No mention of that in the description. Also, there were no beach towels, chairs or coolers for your beach experience. We made it work, but would be a nice amenity. However, there are cabanas at the beach for rent. Overall, the villa was good and the number one positive was the location!!

I made it very clear that there were no beach chairs or beach towels before you booked. We can’t afford to do that anymore as they have been stolen in the past. The unit is refurbished and I am sorry you did not think so.

Relaxing Couples Getaway

Booking was easy, Very polite and kept communicating with us as needed. The bamboo mattress was very comfortable. Nice big walk in shower! (I have a tiny one at home lol) Close to pool, & Coligny Beach Park & shopping. We unfortunately are not bike riders but would highly recommend it due to all the great riding paths. Lots of pros! Couple of cons but may not matter to some. It is a 3rd story condo, so if climbing stairs are difficult for you. Would have liked a TV that could cast to. But we didn't spend a lot of time indoors but in evening would have been nice. We settled with watching my phone. I appreciate the hospitality and allowing us to book your home for our a relaxing anniversary weekend.

Location!

Amazing location near the beach! Place was clean and the host was very prompt with responding to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend staying here

Perfect getaway

The property was clean, comfortable and true to the pictures. Great location, just a short walk to the beach, quiet and safe. Communication with the host was swift and informative. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again in the future! Highly recommend you check it out for yourself!

Fabulous condo for a fabulous price

We enjoyed our long weekend here. This is a fabulous deal. We enjoyed having a full condo complete with living room, full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and washer and dryer. The community pool was also a nice addition. The beach is directly across the street with a private walking path and private bathrooms right off the beach. We definitely plan to take advantage of this property again.

great location, great stay!

this was the perfect condo for my husband and I to get away from the kids for the weekend. huge benefits included the luxury beach chairs and beach front bathroom access. the condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Amazing!

I'm not sure we stayed in the same apartment as that last reviewer! It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked so we saved by cooking. The back porch had a great view of a lagoon and had the nicest neighbors! The kitchen had a really cool view of the pool, I was able to watch my little one swim with his daddy while I made dinner! The bathroom was really and had a fun shower. The house was well stocked with beach supplies and linens, it seriously felt like a second home. The walk to the beach was really easy even with a toddler and baby. Great place to stay in Hilton head!

We were excited to spend a month in Hilton Head. To our surprise the 2nd floor condo actually meant climbing 24 stairs. I wondered if recent bilateral knee replacement would be an issue. We climbed the stairs with a bit of apprehension. Within minutes I felt at home, wiping crumbs off the stove top and putting groceries away in the frig. The cupboards were filled with dishes, glassware and pans. The curling linoleum on the shelves seemed a bit much, but I was only the renter. Still excited, I went out to the balcony and was greeted with a rusting table, and chairs caked with a couple years of dirt. How I wish I had brought my power washer. We didn’t have the courage to even try lighting the grill. The vacuum stunk and was clogged with animal dander and the sofa was full of animal hair. Greasy dust hung from the backs of the dining room chairs. The medicine cabinet was rusty with something undesirable growing in it. The re-modeler for that great shower forgot to repair the ceiling and replace the vintage metal bathroom cabinet. Dust globs hung from the bedroom ceiling and the closet has a path of paint chipped off to the sheetrock. Fortunately, the owner had sent an email telling me there were cleaning supplies. She had been gracious enough to let us come a day early and I spent it cleaning trying to remove dirt, grime and pet hair. Even my patience was being challenged in this shangri-la. Eventually we were able to come to an agreement regarding the dirty condition of the sofa, but the owner never seemed to understand the condo was less than perfectly or even adequately clean. She even sent a text telling me “I just wonder if anything will make you people happy.” So come and enjoy the great location, the frying pans (all 6 of them) and the kurig. Don’t forget to bring your own blanket and kitchen linens (they aren’t included) and be prepared to clean or put up with the grim. We ended our vacation several days early to get away from this condo.

Awesome!!

I had a great week at the condo. Located right outside Sea Pines and across from the Marriot Grande Ocean with Pool Bar Jim. I have been coming down to HHI for 20 years and this condo is in a wonderful location. HD TV with tons of channels and the free long distance calls along with Wi-fi worked out well for me. Two pools and the beach access were perfect!!

Had a Blast!

Great location. Great view of the pool. Great atmosphere. Would highly recommend renting bicycles. Short and easy walk to the beach. Very close to Sea Pines. Would recommend the Crazy Crab in Harbour Town. Property was clean and well maintained.

Great time!!

We traveled with our two children and couldn't be happier with the condo. It was walking distance from the beach. All the amenities were great. We are planning on returning next summer :)

Wonderful!

Excellent location with private access to the beach. The pool was great too for those days you get tired of sand. Comfortable bed too! We slept better there than we do at home. Close to all the shops and the Sea Pines Resort which has many more shops. Great, great place and we will definitely go again!

One week in Paradise

I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family. Clean and cozy condo in the perfect location - 5 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to Colingny Plaza - 60+ shops, movie theater, restaurants and spa. Owners were very helpful.
