Perfect for our family

Kids all enjoyed the themed rooms. Plenty of room for our family and grandparents. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay for Families

This house is perfect for families of all ages. We could not have ask for a better stay for my 3 year old and infant! They had all of the details including strollers, pack and play, crib, toddler spoons and cups for the the kids. There are so many options around for dining to choose from. Walmart is also right down the street! Could not have asked for a better stay!

Excellent Disney Home

Our stay at this beautiful, luxury family friendly home was perfect. Clean, comfortable and well supplied. The Disney themed bedrooms were awesome, as was the gameroom, an extra bonus of fun. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and warm. A convenient drive within minutes to Disney parks, restaurants and stores. We had a wonderful stay! Outstanding communication with the hosts, Tara/Jeff. Highly recommend this Home for your next Disney/Orlando vacation!

Great for large or multiple families!

We had an excellent stay at this property with 6 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 4 to 12. Plenty of beds, baths and living space and the kitchen is nice and open. We spent majority of the time at the private pool of the house. The extra dryer was great for quick drying of towels and bathing suits. Great location for quick trips to Wal-Mart or Target. Neighborhood had great security and felt very safe. Home owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating during our stay! Would recommend :)

Magical!

We had a lovely stay! We were a group of 6 (mix of adults and a small child). There were plenty of rooms for everyone and every amenity you may need on vacation. If you're planning to go to any of the parks, there's an umbrella stroller and a jogging stroller, and car seats for use. For cooking, there's plenty of utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc. Hairdryers in every bathroom, towels, and anything else you need to feel right at home during your stay. The owners are incredibly responsive and the check in and check out process was super efficient. My son is already asking when we can go back!

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful week at Happy Thoughts! We had 11 people staying with us, ages ranging from 70 to 3 and everyone had a great time. The house was clean and comfortable, plenty of room to spread out. We would definitely stay again. One of our favorite features was the abilith to change the thermostat by ourselves witbout having to message the host. Florida weather varies quite a bit in the winter, one day the high was 78 and the next 52, it was absolutely wonderful to be able to switch from a/c to heat ourselves. Something to note- the downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo which was hard for my aging MIL to step into. So if you're choosing this house with a 1st floor bedroom for accessibility, you may want to think about this. All in all a wonderful stay, we wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thanks!!

Good and Bad

First the good. The owner communication is fast and very responsive to everything you ask about. The house is awesome for kids as they different theme rooms really make for a great experience. Neighborhood and the Windsor waterpark area were also highlights of the trip. Your kids will have the time of their life! Opportunity for improvement. The hot tub did not get hot at ALL. While the owners did take off the heating fee, we choose the property because it advertised a hot tub and it was disappointing not have that feature. The beds in the house are not comfortable for adults. Chairs, and beds throughout the house are on the cheaper end of quality. Grill was filthy and please note that most of the kids rooms do not have a TV in them.

We're delighted to hear that our communication met your expectations and that the themed rooms and neighborhood amenities, including the Windsor waterpark, provided a memorable experience for your children. Regarding the hot tub, we apologize for any misunderstanding. In our listing, we detail that the hot tub is not like a conventional hot tub and is only able to be heated 10-12 degrees higher than the large pool. This is the same heating system for most of the Villas in Windsor Hills. This is also sent in a message prior to your arrival. We understand this might have been different from your expectations, and we regret any disappointment this caused. We appreciate your understanding as we addressed the heating fee with a refund and are actively working to ensure all our amenities are clearly understood by our guests. Concerning the beds, we're sorry to hear they did not meet your comfort expectations. We have furnished the non-themed rooms with new memory foam mattresses as of December 2023 to enhance guest comfort. We understand that mattress preferences vary greatly, and we apologize that these were not to your liking. Your feedback is crucial in helping us assess and improve our accommodations. We also take your comments about the quality of furniture and the cleanliness of the grill very seriously. Rest assured, our furnishings are not inexpensive and we are sorry they did not meet your expectations. As for the grill, we would have loved to have been made aware of the cleanliness of the grill during your stay and we would have sent someone over immediately to handle the oversight. Regarding the TVs, we'd like to remind you that we do not advertise TVs in all the kids' bedrooms. There is a Large TV hidden in the Star Wars room, leaving only 2 of the 6 bedrooms without TVs. There are TVs available in the three adult rooms, Star Wars room, as well as in the game room and living rooms, for varied entertainment options. Your constructive feedback is appreciated and we will continue our effort to improve our guests' experience. We are a family of 6 who love going to Disney World!

We wanted a special place for our entire family to stay close to Disney World. Our home is 8 min from the front gates and we love coming home from the parks and rinse off in our own pool and cook a good meal. We also enjoy the resort area with splash pad and water slides during our non-park days.
