Beautiful

We had a great time. The condo accommodated 5 adults and 2 children. The patio overlooks the pool so we could watch the grandkids with their parents. The beach was so close and we could walk out and set up for the day. There were tons of shells too.

Fantastic Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our annual family beach vacation at Madeira Beach this year. The condo, beach, pool and hot tub were perfect. The property manager and staff at the condo were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent too! Will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Excellent Condo

We frequently travel here and this is one of our favorite condos. Anything you could ever need was provided. The location is perfect! The owner was very fast at responding to any questions I had. Highly recommend!!!

June 18-25 Review of Property

This was a nice, clean property that we would definitely consider in the future. It is in a good location, and having property mgmt onsite is always helpful. Providing access codes to the building and condo made it simple to get around and not have to worry about keys. The pool was really nice, providing plenty of space to sunbathe or to be under shade. I would recommend to family and friends

We didn't want to leave!

Cannot beat the location! Clean and well stocked unit. Owners and management are very helpful and make checking in and out a breeze. We love the option of the heated pool, hot tub and the beach. Fun for the kids and relaxing for the adults!

Great condo on the beach!

Great restaurant/ bar across the street. - The Reef for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Martha is the Best ! We will come back again. Thank you!

Moving my Freshman into Dorm -

Drove from Maryland to Florida to move my freshman into college dorm - wanted to have some quality time before saying good-bye. The condo was so comfortable - the view spectacular - Martha, the property manager is a delight and the owner Allison couldn't have been more responsive to our questions. The location is perfect, you can get to lots of fun places but still feel away from a busy tourist beach. You can't go wrong with this property!

Wonderful stay!

Great place. We enjoyed our stay! Accomodations we're perfect for our family. My only suggestion would be some larger cooking and serving dishes/ pans for larger families.

Great place to stay with family

Really enjoyed the condo was as pictured. No issues with checking in and out. Decided to stay an extra day no issues with adding a day. Owner is very responsive and quick to get in touch with you.

Sister vacation

My four sisters and I had a great stay at this property. We saw dolphins every day while enjoying our coffee on the balcony. We went mid April which I guess is still technically spring break, so it was a little crowded and noisy, but that is just the time of year. Beach chairs and towels were provided in the unit, as well as a washer and dryer so you always could have clean clothes and towels. The area has a lot of dining options in walking distance or a short drive away. There was a nearby grocery store and pharmacy if needed. The beach is clean and beautiful! The pool looked clean, although we never used the pool. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a great trip and enjoyed our stay!

Family Fun

The property is just as it is described. We had a great time despite the toilet paper shortage! It worked great for our family. I do agree with the other reviews where a keyless entry would be nice. Thank you!

Madiera 2020

One of our favorites...we have stayed in Madiera for several years. This was one of the best maintained buildings. Of course, the building was recently repainted but maintenance staff was always busy cleaning something. Onsite staff were helpful and friendly. The condo itself was clean and nice. Balcony seemed larger and proximity to poll was nice for watching grandchildren play. We didn’t use the beach chairs, etc. but looked to be plentiful. Renters might be warned that the “cupboards were bare” so could stop for essentials before arriving. Plenty of linens and kitchen utensils. I personally liked the feel of carpet better than tile but I can imagine it’s a nightmare to keep clean. Since we happened to be from the Midwest, the tornado warning was a bit uncomfortable without specific instructions. But luckily it was a non-event. Would recommend to friends.

View spectacular, furniture plentiful and comfortable, excellent selection and quality of cooking supplies, loved location in proximity of beach, parking and activities. We'll be back!

Condo was awesome I seen maintenance man every day cleaning pool or lobby or hot tub but always cleaning only thing I didn't like was locks on condo door last thing i want to do is carry a set of keys to get into my condo comming from pool or beach not a big deal just most places I stay have a key pad and I know this is probably owner of condo. Also carpet in condo not a fan .these were my only complaints staff and everything elese at condo were awesome I will stay again

Unit 204

We were very surprised at how much space we had! Much larger than we expected. It had more than enough closet and storage space. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and more. Special surprises were some books to read, games to play and even beach toys and lounge chairs to use. Parking was a bit tight. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and super nice.

Beautiful Condo right on the Gulf

I would highly recommend this condo for a beach vacation. The owner was terrific to work with along with the ladies at the front desk. This condo overlooks the ocean and pool with spectacular views. It is like you are on the beach when you are on the large oversized patio which has a full table with 6 comfortable chairs and 2 lounges. I have stayed at many beachfront condos and have never been closer to the ocean. The pool is cleaned daily and the condo was very clean with very comfortable living room furniture. It also had everything you would need in the kitchen and chairs/toys/boogie boards for the beach. This all made for a wonderful family vacation.

great view great staff

had a great time great views as always have stayed at seaview multiple times. but this unit needs updated. carpet needs replaced and furniture is worn and out dated but great weather makes up for alot
