2100 SF renovated unit is 7-9 min away from interstate 90, which takes you straight to O'hare Air & downtown! This property has 4 bedrooms, & 2 full bathrooms. Master has a KING, and 3 bedrooms have a Queen. The living room has room for 1 air mattress (Total of 5 beds). Plenty of Kitchen utensils, all you need in a kitchen, including cooking spices and oils! Children friendly & lots of technology!

Updated home, with 2 car garage parking, driveway, and public parking. The home was renovated in 2021, so it presents a modern kitchen with all updated flooring. Basement features entertainment - Darts, 2 player electronic basketball game, arcade cabinet with 2,000 classic games loaded, pool table, & ping pong! Additional space in basement contains lounge area with sofa/TV! Cards and board game options available.

Due to the nature of our business, we allow these same companies to "extend" their stay if they issue a request, 21 days prior to their lease expiration.
If you are seeking long-term housing (30+ days), please submit an inquiry. Even if we do not have availability, we have additional temp housing companies we can recommend. We also have 50+ homes, so we are able to recommend an open location.
If you are seeking short-term housing (less than 30 days), we have a partner we work with, who may have availability.
