With close proximity to multiple wedding venues, idyllic downtown Exeter, and vibrant Visalia. If you're looking for a private and peaceful stay, you'll enjoy the beautiful setting located among acres of citrus groves surrounding the property. Enjoy a relaxing walk, picnic, or adventurous bike ride while taking in the sweet scent of orange blossoms. Perfect for guests traveling with friends or family. There's truly something for everyone - Featuring a great outdoor space and an expansive lawn for kids to run and play. Also included are a telescope for stargazing on a clear night, a ping pong table, and a detached Casita with a wet bar, TV, and a Peloton bike for the exercise enthusiast! Impeccably designed with guest comfort in mind, you'll love the high-end furnishings, 1,000 thread count bedroom linens, fully equipped kitchen, and complimentary welcome treats! The large TV and extra comfy couch in the living room are perfect for watching the big game or streaming your favorite show after a long day of adventure, exploring the National Park, or rafting down the Kaweah River. Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole cottage property including the cottage, back house (game/exercise room), driveway, fire pit area, and grassy areas.  Free WiFi, fresh linens and towels are provided.  Fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to cook any meal, and more. Guests may use their own streaming sites to watch TV, or use a provided Netflix account on the various Smart TVs.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a rural area in Exeter, California, in fields of orange trees known as orange groves.  Feel free to walk around the trees and pick an orange to enjoy.  At the base of the Sierra Nevada mountains, views are breathtaking, especially after the rain on a really clear day, or during the winter when the mountains are snow-capped.  In the Spring, the foothills come alive with wildflowers.

Getting Around:
We suggest guests get around with their own vehicles. We are located in the country, there is no public transportation here.

Other Things to Note:
Fire wood, charcoal, & lighter fluid are not provided but can be purchased at the nearest gas/service station.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available through text, Airbnb, or phone during our business ours.

Very convenient place to stay and very relaxing for our family. We got lucky with weather so we enjoyed a lot of the backyard, listening to starlings fly around. Really comfortable beds and everything we needed to cook with. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect!

My stay here was really great! The place has a great country feel but with all of the modern touches, it was super comfortable. The host was friendly and easy to reach, which made everything smooth. I loved the little outdoor areas—great spots to relax. The location worked well, close enough to things but still chill. Everything was clean and cozy, and I’d definitely come back!

My two nights at the The Orange Blossom Cottage were as tranquil and peaceful as I could’ve hoped. This home was a dream and one I wouldn’t think twice about booking again. It fulfilled every desire I had about one day living in a property such as this. It was such a pleasure and an honor to stay in such a beautiful home.

Cozy cottage

The location was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor area was great! My family really enjoyed being close to the freeway but nestled between the orange groves. This location made it easy to take a day trip to the sequoias and visit with family that live in the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Time in the valley to visit family in Visalia.

We enjoyed our time in the orange grove, quiet most of the time, but it’s a working farm. It’s not new, beds are high, but I am short - ha! Many area rugs.

Each year we take a trip together as a family, which is hard as my children are not so little anymore. Sometimes our trips are near, and sometimes they are far. This year we decided to get away to central California, specifically visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. We rented a little cottage in Exeter near Three Rivers, where we were nestled among orange trees and the surrounding countryside. Our charming little cottage was everything you’d want in a home away from home. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the living room was perfect for our little family to hang out together and cuddle up to watch a movie, and the kitchen had everything you’d need. The two bathrooms were also beautifully decorated. Our generous hosts even had water in each room and wine to be enjoyed in the outdoor seating area out back amongst the stars.We didn’t bring our fur babies on this trip, but the property would have been perfect with its gated perimeter. We were even able to pull in our car each night. We don’t typically visit a place more than once, but I would come back to this home in a heartbeat. Peace & Quiet

This place is very quiet except early in the morning that we can hear all transportation passing by as the room is very close to the street. It is a drive to go everywhere which is our fault and limited selection of food. We know the place was renovated and they did a good job compared to the picture they have on google map that scared us a little bit. We encountered a rodent by the fireplace and i mentioned it to them and it was concerning cos we have a dog and we have her water dish on the floor and made me paranoid so i kept her water bowl on top of the table and will give her water when she needs it as i dont want rodents getting in her water bowl. We always use VRBO & I always check reviews and I owe it to others our experience.

Loved Our Stay!

We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years. I have to say this one exceeded our expectations. Everything in the description and pictures is 100% accurate but it can’t describe the feeling of being “home”. I can personally add that it was not only comfortable but very peaceful and relaxing. Property management checked in with us a few times to make sure we had what we needed but the house was equipped with everything we could want. We felt safe because not only was the large property fenced in with an entrance gate but there was also a security camera monitoring the activity coming in to the property. We were especially thrilled to be surrounded by the beautiful orange grove. We must admit to picking a few of those delicious fruits for breakfast. The flowers and well managed landscape was an added delight. This property is perfect for a couple needing some quiet downtime or privacy. This property is also perfect for a family because of the spacious yard to play in, the separate grilling area and plus a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. I highly recommend staying at The Orange Blossom Cottage!

Great property in the middle of an orchard. Nice early mornings outside. Not too far from Sequoia National Park for day trips- with evenings back at the house to relax.

Enjoyed our stay, using this home as our base location for visiting Sequoia National Park. Everything was as described and the home was immaculately clean. We had a party of six adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The living room furniture was very comfortable and spacious for all. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing for our meals. Beds also were great! Location is a little remote, but we knew that from the listing and communications with owners. Highly recommend this cottage!
