Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, limited parking (5 cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood around the home is called Slate Hallandale Beach.
Slate is a mixed-use development with apartments, retail, and restaurants. It is located near the beach and has a pool, fitness center, and other amenities. The neighborhood is also close to several parks and schools.

Getting Around:
You can get around by car, bike, or on foot.

Here are some additional tips around the area:

-Visit Gulfstream Park Racing, a sizable venue for horse racing that also features a casino, shopping center, lodging, and dining.
-Take a walk or play at Joseph Scavo Park, which has a playground, basketball court, fitness stations, and off-leash areas for dogs.
-See the Pegasus Statue, a large sculpture with lighting and water effects that depicts a pegasus defeating a dragon.
-Visit the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, a historic boardwalk with an old-timey vibe that has over 50 restaurants, 30 shops, and 3 parks.
-Relax at South City Beach Park, a modern park that features a beach cafe, restrooms, open-air showers, and bocce.

Other Things to Note:
Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

* There is a small fee to have the pool heated. Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
