Fifteen minute drive to ORF airport, Botanical garden, Beaches, Naval military bases, Downtown and New Outlet Mall.
10 minutes to CHKD, Hospitals, EVMS, Universities, Fishing piers, Zoo, and ship yards.
30 minute drive to Virginia Beach Oceanfront and Oceana Base. Safe and convenient location for extended stay

The space
Huge house in a Beautiful & quiet neighborhood, pet and smoke free interior, large fenced-in backyard for kids, and pets by special request.

Two expansive front porches to take in the view. Luxury home for the discerning guest and their family.

All bedrooms include Smart ROKU televisions. Bunk beds for the kids and young adults. Massive game room for the whole family.

Guest access

You will receive a code for access thru the smart locks. The code is changed for each guest. There is a Nest camera in front and Floodlight camera in the back over the garage. These are required by the City of Norfolk.
Large Backyard all gated around this home.

Other things to note
Home is equipped with all cookware, coffee pods, paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, hand soaps, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies upon your arrival. Just bring food.

It was a family weekend get away. The property is a little older, but was maintained very well. The host was absolutely phenomenal. We would choose this location again.

A Wonderful Weekend Trip!

My friends and I had a wonderful time! Jennifer was so accommodating and extremely responsive. The location is great, and the water views were beautiful! The house is spacious, and fit our group so wonderfully. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever coming back to the area.

Great family getaway!

Clean and spacious! We had 7 adults and 4 little kids. This house had plenty of space. It was clean and the furniture and beds were comfortable.

Couples Football Weekend

Great stay with a group of 5 couples from Michigan, Maryland and North Carolina. Great location. Huge table in dining room was a wonderful place for college friends and their spouses to eat and socialize. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was great for the voews and the short walk to the beach.

Graduation Getaway

Our daughter graduated so the family flew in and it was lovely to have everyone under the same roof, comfortable and spacious :) We all enjoyed our stay!

Celebration of Life

The host was very accommodating allowing us to hold a Celebration of Life for a family member. The flow of the house is great with a good size kitchen. There is a beautiful view of the Bay from both decks and while not direct access to the water, it's just a stones throw away down the street.

We had a great stay with extended family. There was plenty of room for the 13 of us. The beach access is close by but did require us to cross a busier street. Despite there being a roadway drainage pipe close to the area of beach that’s near the property, we were still able to truly enjoy our time on the beach and in the water. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by which was helpful. We appreciated the communication by the host. Would certainly recommend this property to others.

Large

This estate easily slept 8 adults and 4 kids. If you are looking for a place close to Virginia Beach but far enough away from all the commotion, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend.

Plenty of room for our whole family and just across from the beach for fun in the sun. The host was very responsive with the problems that arose during our stay. Only 4 towels and 5 forks for a family of 10 and having to wait for someone to bring those items and the washer was broken and no replacement during our stay. A couple of the beds are extremely warn so not very comfortable to sleep on.

Great Family Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The homes amenities were awesome (the 4 year old loved the game room). Our group was multi-generational (16 months to 87 years old) so the main floor living was optimal. The weather even cooperated so we took advantage of the quick walk across the street to the beach. The yard space was nice for an egg-hunt for the kids! The host was timely in responding to all of our questions. Overall- great stay!

Family and friends vacation

Great communication with Jennifer from check in to check out. The house is very spacious, we don’t feel crowded with 11 people in the house. Kitchen is equipped with all the things we need. The kids enjoy the game room. House smells good and clean when we came in. We will definitely comeback and recommend this place.

Beautiful and spacious home

We had more than enough room with 9 of us. Jennifer was very responsive and accommodating. She made sure to include little things in the home that made out stay convenient and more enjoyable, especially when we went to the beach. The extra towels, wagon, beach toys and chairs were all so nice to have.

Great home for a beach vacation

Just had two families with 5 kids age 7 and under vacation here together and we all had a blast. The host was great with communication and checking in and out was easy. The beach access is literally kitty corner from the home and with the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and toys provided it made getting over there easy. Having a fenced back yard made afternoons fun for playing while some kids napped inside. The firepit was a hit for making s’mores. Inside was clean, huge kitchen with tons of seating. Washer/dryer was super helpful, kids loved the game room, and parents enjoyed the balconies. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Awesome beach getaway experience!

My husband and I were in need of a post-holiday break at the beach. This beach house was a perfect fit for us and my two young kids. The beach is literally across the street! We lucked out on the December weather and the kids were able to play for hours on the beach. Check-in and check-out was easy and uneventful. It was super clean, the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well-stocked, the kids loved the game room, and my husband and I fell in love with the master bedroom’s mattress! Sitting outside on the upstairs balcony gave us just what we were looking for….time to sit, unwind, and watch the waves. I plan to book again in the near future.

Great Balconies

The house was roomy for the eight of us. The 8 year olds loved the ping pong table and the bean bag chairs. The kitchen was big enough to be the heart of the home while we were there. The three bathrooms meant no one complained they had to wait. The two balconies were fantastic. The top balcony had a great view of the ocean and a wonderful breeze. Loved to sit and just be until the youngest wanted to run out some of her energy. It was great since we knew she was safe. Two car garage was perfect and no one got caught in the rain. It was a fantastic place to stay.

Super close to beach

First thing is its closness to the beach. Just a short walk across the street to a calm beach not too busy. Jennifer was very responsive and very accomadating. The house is big with plenty of room especially the one game room the kids loved it. There are 8 beach chairs and umbrella which was great. A hose outside to wash yourself so you dont get sand in the house. Balconies that you can sit and enjoy the warm summer air. Keureg coffee pods were available along with some suger and kitchen items. Would absolutely come back again.
