MUST STAY - amazing host amazing location amazing home

Cannot express how wonderful this place was in terms of location, home, host, price - cannot say enough good things all the way around - clean, neat, modern, AND host goes the extra step with special adds like dog bowls, k cups, laundry pods, room scents - THE BEST - will be back - plus so close to downtown and waterfront with awesome neighbors, safe location and fenced yard!

Beaufort Vacation

We found this Beaufort Cottage to be a gem. It was an excellent location to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. It was impeccably clean and outfitted with everything we needed including very nice kitchen appliances and all the pots and pans needed for simple breakfasts and beyond. The home has a lovely layout as well. The owners were very responsive to texts and very gracious. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family and would stay here again.

Wonderful

Beaufort, SC Is beautiful. The house was renovated very well. Room sizes was exceptional. Location is very convenient. Neighborhood was quite and peaceful.

Girls’ Adventure

Katie and Nick were off the chain incredible hosts. The house was perfect for our group! So quaint, but spacious enough for us to spread out and enjoy our own space. I always love a split floor plan. The fenced backyard was awesome for my friend’s pup. Will be back!!

Beautiful home!

I came to town with my spouse, her teenage son, my parents, and my friends parents for the film festival. This house was everything we hoped it’d be. Everyone was comfortable. The house was larger than we thought and we were all able to spread out. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in town.

We Loved Lady Bug Cottage!

The house was as described in the listing and then some, with lots of added touches. She provides little extras to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable from scented hand soaps, a basket for your pet with supplies, season's pass for Hunting Island that you can use, I could keep going on. The backyard and porch were a perfect place to relax and it was so close to downtown whether walking or driving. We hope to come again soon!

Holiday Retreat

Our family of 4+ dog stayed 5 nights in Dec. Everything was wonderful. Katie was great with responding quickly to all my questions. Great back yard for our dog. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans. Was able to cook a great Christmas meal. House was spacious, clean and even decorated for the Holidays which was great. Only negative is the house was "too smart" LOL We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area

Comfy and well appointed

My mom, teenager, and I enjoyed staying in the home. We had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space, but could come together in the common areas. The house is nicely decorated and has all the things that you need. I appreciated the work desk and we loved bringing our dog. The view of mature trees in the backyard is gorgeous. The host is a great communicator. We loved walking in the neighborhood. We used this location as a home base to visit Hilton Head, Bluffton, Port Royal, Savannah, Huntington Beach, and of course Beaufort. We would definitely stay here again.

Marine Corps graduation

We stayed here 3 nights for our son's graduation along with our daughter and mom & dad. We were pleasantly surprised of house nice the house was. We have stayed at many places and the pictures can be very deceiving. Very open plan with plenty of room to hang out especially out back on the porch. Large master bedroom and overall 3 full bathrooms which was very convenient. Loved the smart house features too. Would highly recommend! Less than 20 minutes from the base and a lot to do in Beaufort.

A little slice of heaven.

I have rented many homes through out the year's but this rental has by far, surpassed all the others. Katie is one of the nicest people I have rented from. She is very attentive and right on top of everything. I had a situation with dates and and she went above and beyond for me. The house is stocked with everything you would need from, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, shampoos, coffee , seasonings. There is also a closet that has everything for a beach day. The house has a very tasteful costal charm to it with a nice fenced in back yard. You are near so many things to do. The Historic District has an awesome downtown area with shop and restaurants and great waterfront area which is a must see. I will definitely be coming again to this little slice of heaven.

Hello future guest! My name is Katie, owner of Ladybug Cottage, named after our sweet French bulldog. We fell in love with the low country lifestyle and the charm Beaufort offers with a small town feel. We hope to have the opportunity to host you and know you will feel right at home.

Our coastal cottage has a striking open floor plan with modern design boasting original oak floors throughout. Entertain family and friends with an open kitchen and dining area with cathedral ceilings that brings in natural light via skylights. Our fully equipped kitchen has a gas range stove for our guests that enjoy cooking. Wonderful location for leisure or business, with a dedicated office workspace.

Enjoy an evening under the stars and glowing string lights on our spacious patio in the privacy of a fully fenced in yard. Customize your experience with smart home features to adjust thermostat, play music on the patio, or watch television. Washer and dryer onsite. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Large private master suite with King bed and custom tile shower in the master bath, queen bedroom with access to hall bathroom shower/tub, and bedroom three has two twin beds with connected full bath, shower only.
