Very nice property. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch as the sun would set. We had an issue with the fold out couch, and the management team got it rectified same day so we had no interruption in our stay, we would recommend this property to large groups for sure.

The Google maps directions to the property guide you to a private property behind the house. The man who owns the property was pretty angry and said it happens every time someone rents this house. I recommend looking at a satellite image on maps of the property and pinning directions to it rather than using the suggested google navigation. Alternatively, the owner should consider including directions to the house from I-70 when the check in code is given to avoid further angering the neighbor. The stay was otherwise great. It was kid friendly, the house was clean and as advertised in the listing, and the property management company was easy to work with.

Great stay

We enjoyed being out in the country away from town. The cabin was very comfortable and supplied with everything we needed.

Rustic Retreat

Nicely kept retreat away from the city. The home is quiet, clean and very nicely decorated. Perfect spot if you are looking to get away from it all.

Great place for a getaway, the property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will book again in the future. The only thing I would recommend would to be put some kind of curtain or something similar on the back porch facing the south. The neighbors have a blinding LED light.

Beautiful and Immaculate

The house was beautiful and immaculately clean. Check in and check out was incredibly easy. Wonderful location if you are looking to see some great National Parks like Arches, Canyonlands and others. We loved the house!

Everything went very smoothly. Minor inconvenience with the furniture layout and air conditioning function, but we adjusted with little difficulty. The property is located close to some great parks and walking areas and is a relatively short drive to Arches and Canyonlands. We all had a very pleasant stay.

Cozy retreat

Good communication from Visit Fruita. We needed nothing from them, as the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything that it said it had. It is a bit out of town, but close to Kokopelli trails and relatively quiet. We enjoyed everything it had to offer!

Cute place, some small misses

The house is adorbs, and suited us well. Our only complaints were the lack of paper products and the pool table being in such a tight spot made it hard to use

The property was just as amazing as it looked online. The check-in process was seamless. The house was clean and inviting. The pool table was a nice activity for the family. I was not aware that there were no TV's but it was a welcoming surprise. Our family enjoyed our time here visiting and watching the beautiful sunsets over the mountains out on the back patio.

Absolutely Amazing!

The cabin was absolutely amazing! It was in a beautiful location with gorgeous Mountain View’s as well as an easy drive to the national parks and other hiking locations. Loved the little binder with great information, it was such a nice touch. Home was spotless with lots of amenities. Communication was great. We loved our time here and the memories we made.

Great jumping off point

The location is peaceful and the house in great shape. We used it as a jumping point to go to Dinosaur Natl Monument (a long drive, maybe not the best choice) but also a bunch of local areas. The Headless Chicken Festival was an amusing find. The kids loved the play area out back and the porch with fire pits was super pleasant.Only complaints: there isn't enough space to properly shoot pool, the pantry basics were just a few spices and cotton sheets would be nicer.

This Cabin was perfect! Modern appliances, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, hot showers outdoor fire pits, away from the city noise, close to hiking trails an a skip over to Moab! Beautiful sunsets! Easy check in an GREAT COMMUNICATION! PERFECT!!! Best VRBO rental I’ve had!!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin! Home away from home!

Great house

The home was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. We had our 2 dogs with us. The back isnt fenced however, if your dog has good recall it isn't an issue. Ours loved watching the goats and horses on either side. Communication with the property manager was professional and always followed through with everything from the check in process to a minor issue we had. Enjoyed being close to the Moab area however found the Snooks Open Space was 10 minutes away and a good off leash walking trail. Highly recommend this property and will stay again.
