The house, a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom gem of a home, is located perfectly on the beautiful beach of Tamarindo, a short walking distance from the bars, restaurants and nightspots the town has to offer along with lovely shops, galleries and entertainment. A supermarket is also located conveniently nearby. High speed Wi-Fi is available for your convenience.
The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, spacious his & hers private outdoor shower, as well as A/C and . Here you can enjoy a gorgeous panoramic ocean view the moment you open your eyes every morning.
In the second suite you will find a Queen bed, private en-suite indoor/outdoor bathroom. Here you will enjoy a gorgeous jungle view of the lush greenery surrounding the house.
The living space offers a panoramic view of the ocean and mangrove brook, as well as a 42' LCD screen cable TV. This room (naturally, air-conditioned as well) leads out onto the beautiful deck, where you'll find a hammock, a dining table for 8 and sofas, all you need in order to enjoy the breeze and the view. As water levels vary with the tide, you will find the view to alternate before your very eyes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and stove, microwave oven, toaster, refrigerator, kitchenware and all the amenities needed.
