It was the perfect location, not too far from the shops and restaurants, across the street from pubic beach access, but quiet and private enough for relaxation! Great value.

This Villa was perfect for us!! Just barely out of the hustle and bustle of town. We all just loved the natural privacy this place has around it. Would recommend again. Hosts we awesome and made it easy to check in and out. Can’t wait to come back.

Casa Blanca is a 5-unit gated community located right across the street from the beach and a short 5-minute walk to the center of Tamarindo, where all the shops and restaurants are. The property is very quiet, surrounded by nature. Unit 1 is a 3 BDR -1 is a loft- beach cottage fully equipped and very cozy, ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. The unit has its own secure parking space. There is also a shared pool and laundry room to use there.

Great spot!

Such a perfect place! Access to the beach couldn’t have been better, host(s) were attentive and easy to contact. The pool was lovely and the short walk to town was good so not having a car was easy.

Great for Family

Casual but nice house, well appointed with good inside space. Excellent location just outside the hustle of town, right across the street from beach. Very comfortable outdoor space, with very nice pool. Great for a family of 4-6.

Wonderful stay ... great location!

This little bungalow was the perfect fit. Communication with management was easy. Well stocked kitchen and baths. And we couldn't have asked for a better location. Easy to get to town, to the beach or the pool. Would stay again!

Amazing stay across from Tamarindo Beach

We loved this property. We were located just across the road from the beach, which was fine by us. Property was beautifully landscape. Pool area was fantastic. Plenty of room for the four of us. Great sitting area to relax, play cards and eat. Can park your car and walk to town and amenities via the beach or by road Sean

Casa Blanca is a small gated community with 5 units, located in a quiet neighborhood of Tamarindo, right across the street from the beach. The units are cozy, decorated with a local atmosphere, and fully equipped. All of them have an outside patio surrounded by nature. If you are looking for peace to relax but within proximity to beach and town, Casa Blanca is just ideal. Perfect for couples, friends and families.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The beach was right across the street from the home. It was close to the Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. The house had lots of towels and our AC worked just great! The pool area was fun for the kids. They used it everyday we were there.

Thank you for the 5-star review. Casa Blanca is located right across the street from the sandy Tamarindo beach and half a mile from the center of town where all the shops and restaurants are. With other 4 units, Casa Blanca 1 shares a very nice pool, a laundry room, and BBQ area. The house itself is cozy and nicely equipped. It has a beautiful outdoor patio to enjoy every meal and the fauna and flora around you. Perfect for families and friends!

Yes host was welcoming and the unti was clean - adjacent to street so busy street noise for some of night- and very bright security lights, which madethe rooms brighter for sleeping though staff helped disbale one of them near master which helped. Very good lcoation across from public beach path and close to town. Attic was listed as bedroom and was quite claustrophobic probably shouldnt be listed as bedroom rather bonus room- the property managers were responsive during week and helpful

Fantastic location!

Loved the location, communication was top notch. Everything you need is in walking distance. Buying groceries was difficult as you’ll have bulky items, such as soda and water. Liquor. Hard to come by a taxi. What took us most by surprise was the amount of wild cats around our unit. Not being cat people and allergic we were taken a back. Lucky for us other people in the area were feeding the cats so they left us alone as our time went by. Noticed then they are everywhere you dine etc. obviously good for other issues they may be weeding out. Would stay again!

Reviewer Comments: Very nice casita on the quiet stretch of the main road that connects langosta and tamarindo (just north of captian suzio hotel). its close enough to walk to tamarindo without being stuck there. quick and easy access to the beach via the public beach access steps from front gate. the property has a perimeter wall with one parking space inside the locking gate. the nighttime security guard made us feel very safe as well. the multiple A/C units and ceiling fans kept the entire casita very cold. the kitchen was fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. overall this is a great spot and I will definitely stay here again if/when im in the tamarindo/langosta area.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay the unit was clean but unfortunately there is a large puddle of raw sewage on the road very close to our unit. Tamarindo has to improve its garbage collection , and RPM should look into the termite problems that are beginning to show up outside the condo otherwise we loved it.

Hi Trudy - thanks for the note. We are constantly on the look-out for bug issues, etc. and have taken care of the termites. As far as the sewage problem, I am not sure where you are speaking of. This complex has individual septic tanks and there isn't any sewage drain of which I am aware. I will be following up on this as well to make sure there is no more issue. I hope you can come back and stay with us again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our experience in Tamarindo. The house was very comfortable and with the pool we loved hanging out there. The owners nicely corrected an issue we had with the house so we were very happy at how attentive they were. The beach, as the ad says, is very close. About a minute walk and you're there. The staff on site (maid, gardener, security) were all absolutely excellent. As for Tamarindo itself some in our party loved it but others found it more built up than we were expecting. The dirt roads are a bit of a pain as with the wind everything ends up covered in dust.

Hi Damon - I'm happy to report that the road in front of Casablanca is no longer just dirt. It is now a much better surface that isn't quite pavement, but isn't dusty. It has improved the travel between Tamarindo and Langosta and the dust for sure! We hope to see you again in the future.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Casa Blanca #1 between April 6th and April 18th, overall we are very satisfied with our experience and we would recommend dealing with RPM Vacations any time, especially Lola who has been very helpful.Here is a bullet point type list of comments:- The RPM staff has been very professional in all aspects of our dealings, including the house rental and excursion purchase.- The villa was pretty much what we expected.- There were some ants in the house, I guess it's very difficult to not have any ants in the south.- The villa did not have any long chairs for the beach and that was dissapointing for those of us that wanted to spend some time on the beach.- The Kitchen was well equipped.- The beds were very comfortable.- The site was really nice and well taken care of.- The AC worked well.- We felt safe during our stay.- The location is very convenient, 15 minutes from Tamarindo.
