 En smukt renoveret enhed i Greystone Lodge let adgang fra lobbyområdet. Enheden leveres med en konge split seng i master (kan laves som tvillinger på anmodning), to enkeltsenge i det andet soveværelse, og en dronning trække ud i stuen. Der er en fantastisk udsigt over Rainbow Mountain og swimmingpoolen og boblebadet fra balkonen. Denne enhed er en af ​​meget få til at have en vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i pakken. OM GREYSTONE LODGE




Greystone Lodge ligger ved foden af Blackcomb Mountain ved siden af den nye 10 person Blackcomb Gondola og Magic Chair elevatorer. Et boutique-stillejlighedskompleks med kun 50 enheder gør Greystone Lodge til en af de mindre ferieboliger i Benchlands-kvarteret i Whistler. Gæster bør advares om, at underjordisk parkering har en samlet højdegrænse på 6 fod 8 tommer. Store SUV'er med skiholdere passer muligvis ikke i undergrunden, og der er meget begrænset parkeringsplads ved højden på lodgen.



Lokale forhold




Inden for en meget kort gåafstand finder gæsterne skiskole, ski og snowboard huslejer, cykeludlejning, restauranter, en vinbutik, en lille købmand og forskellige butikker. Turen til Whistler Village tager ca. 7-10 minutter til fods, men der kommer en bybuss hvert 7. minut om vinteren og hvert 15. minut i løbet af de andre måneder. Busstoppestedet ligger kun en kort gåtur fra lobbyen.



ANDRE AKTIVITETER



Golfspillere kan nyde Chateau Whistler Golf Course, en af de fineste golfbaner i British Columbia, kun en kort gåtur fra hytten. Lost Lake Park ligger kun få minutter fra Greystone Lodge, hvor gæsterne finder gode vandreture, picnic, svømning og fiskeri i sommermånederne og nordiske skiløjper om vinteren. Exactly what we were looking for

It was clean, beds were comfy and we were only a 5 minute walk from the Village. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Everything was great other than whomever had rented the condo prior left a strong unpleasant smell that wasn’t aired out by the cleaners. We were instead left to deal with it.

Fantastic location and great hot tub pool

Lovely location easy ski in ski out. Right across street from bus stop. The hot tub and pool were fantastic. They could teach cleaning people to vacuum better. popcorn and the things underneath the easily movable coffee table. Other wise perfect.

The apartment was clean, staff at front desk was very helpful and location was nicely set apart from the busyness of central village. It's a 15-20 minute walk or I heard you can also take a bus. We walked. I'd recommend this place! Having washer and dryer in the apt was a great plus!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was generally great for our family of five. A few things needed repair (e.g. top drawer of dresser; 2 of the sliding screen door handles)and as these were things we used a lot, it was a bit annoying. Also the housekeeping that came in on day 5 of our 7 day stay only replaced a few towels & soap; did not wipe down sinks etc. or change linens. It may be that we asked for this reduced service - it did not really bother us - but others may expect a bit more. The only thing that marred our visit in a substantial way, was the very noisy partying in the pool immediately below us. Young people with loud music; foul language; late nights (in one case 4am to 5am noise) and marijuana smoke wafting upwards. Property managers tried to respond but it did happen more than once during our week. Whistler is a party town these days, more than ever.

Thank you for your review. Housekeeping has been informed of the quality of service so that improvements can be made. We endeavour to maintain the best possible atmosphere at Greystone Lodge and will take the appropriate actions to achieve this goal. As mentioned in your review Acer Vacation Rentals Ltd staff did take immediate action to quell the activities at the pool area during the day. Further to that effort, a new sign was made and has been posted at the pool deck to reiterate policies in effect. In an effort to prevent the late night partying that took place, a security company was hired to make rounds hourly from 8pm-8am to keep a quiet atmosphere throughout the night. We do look forward to welcoming you and your family back to Greystone Lodge in the future. At your service – Clint Goyette

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is nice, however needs some maintenance. The shower handle in master was broken. The lights under the cabinet do not work. The dryer in the unit was broken for most of our visit. We contacted the front desk 3 times. Each time we were promised they would do all they could. After 4 days we found out the dryer was broken before our stay! I am not sure why they kept this a secret? They did provide money to use the facilities in the complex, after four days, however that is not why we paid more to have it in the unit. It would be nice to have a vacuum available. One last thing. The bike storage is a joke. Some bikes have been there since what appears 1992 so it is difficult to find space. Having a TV in every room was nice.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. The dryer did break a few days before your arrival on a long weekend where finding a repairman was difficult. We did not keep this a secret. The dryer was repaired during your the last few days of your stay as soon as we could find a repair company that services that particular brand. Sorry for the inconvenience and we are happy to have provided you with the funds to use the alternate laundry facility on the 1st floor. The handle on the shower has also been fixed. We will follow up on the vacuum as all of our units have one. With regards to the bike storage, the bikes in there belong to owners within the building. 5 of us stayed over 3 nights and everyone enjoyed the space - it was perfect for adults who want to still have bedrooms vs a hotel. Room was very clean - there was one small issue with a comforter, we emailed and within an hour the concern was resolved which was amazing.The description of limited overheight parking was accurate - there were about 5 spots and it is shared it seemed with another complex. Bylaws did come by and leave warnings for people who weren't considered overheight we noticed. The underground is a little tight but our crossover SUV fit fine.Pool was clean and cool, hot tub worked great and was very hot. They had a bbq area we saw people using with picnic tables to make meals. The rules of our unit seemed to be different than others or some people weren't respecting the rules laid out - there were definitely people smoking on property and super loud past quiet time (doesn't bother us but a flag if it would bother others).The walk to the main area of the village was about 15mins if you cut through and walked the downhill bike/ski area - quite steep to walk back just fyi. Cabs to Dublin Gate were only about 10 and were super fast, we were told not to bother with uber by some of the other guests in the building as there are few and they can take forever.All in all we would stay again.

Wonderful condo

We enjoyed our stay at Graystone Lodge. The location was great for skiing and we appreciated the amenities the property offered such as the ski lockers and hot tub. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect snowy views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great location for skiing and there was lots of snow during our visit. The spa was good too. (Although the code door system is ridiculous and too many numbers to make it practical - & it's different again for ski lockers which hard to work) The unit was spacious but could do with little things like some shelves in ensuite bathroom for shampoo, soap, etc Also the kitchen utensils pots and pans need replacing. Money also should be spent on the building as its now becoming old & tired! Overall the accommodation is perfect for a holiday and I would recommend it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wanted a true "ski-in/ski-out" experience but not exactly what you get. The property was nice and very clean which is the most important, but this unit is right above the outside door, grill and pool area. You can hear everything outside as well as people above the unit and outside the door. This building is not soundproof by any stretch. Also, you have to walk quite a distance to get to the area under the lift, so lugging your skis and equipment is a bit of a chore. Will choose something closer to the lifts or slopes next time.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the snow conditions vary widely in the early season and especially in November and this year was no exception. We have a strict noise bylaw that prevents excessive noise from 10pm-8am. The pool and hot tubs are closed from 10pm to 10am so there should be no noise from that area during quiet time. Convenient Clean and Comfortable

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at Greystone Lodge in unit 216 just before Christmas. The unit was in the ground so easy access. Was pretty much exactly as described so no complaints. Only small issue was lack of comfy seating. The unit could take up a max of 6 people and sofa a chairs for three. Other than that great unit. Big thanks to Clinton at Acer Vacation Rentsls who was always on hand to help.
