Hello, thank you for the wonderful review! We’re delighted you enjoyed the beach access, sunsets, and pool area. It’s great to hear that you found the unit comfortable and that you would recommend it to others. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another great stay! From, The Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals Team

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your stay did not begin as you expected. While this particular unit is older and in need of some updating, it is accurately represented on our listing, and we do our best to set clear expectations for all guests. We apologize that the cleanliness and condition fell short for you—this is not the experience we want anyone to have. We addressed your concerns immediately and worked to make things right, including upgrading you to a larger, nicer unit so you could enjoy the rest of your stay comfortably. Regarding the beach renourishment, that project is managed by the county and is unfortunately outside of our control. Updates can shift quickly, and we do our best to share the most current information available at the time. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and will continue to use your feedback to improve our guest experience.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again. We will notify the property management company about the key system for the pool.

Hello Candace, Thank you for providing your feedback regarding your stay with us. We do manage units within the buildings, but the Property Management is responsible for common areas such as pools, hot tubs, hallways, etc. We do strongly encourage our guests to reach out to us if rules are not being followed by other guests so that we can notify Property Management during your stay. We look forward to having you stay with us again in the future. Please reach out to us directly and we will be happy to help you book your next Vacation! Sincerely, The Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals Team

Thank you for your review. Yes, in Florida it will freeze the a/c up if set below 74 degrees especially if you have your balcony doors and/or windows open to hear the ocean.

Thank you for your review. You may be better to stay in a hotel in the future as you expect hotel features. This is a condo, your home away from home. we get you started with the essentials but we do not supply paper goods and toiletries for your entire group and for the week. That is not how vacation rentals work. We also do not supply beach towels or memo pads. Guests sometimes leave pool toys and beach towels behind and you are welcome to use them but they are not a part of the items provided in vacation rentals. We are happy to address any and all maintenance issues such as the doors and sink had you contacted us while you were here instead of after you left. We will certainly address those items now that we are aware of them. Thanks again for your review.

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share both the highlights and areas where we can improve. We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful location and the view from the balcony—it's definitely one of the best features of the condo. We truly appreciate your comments regarding the furnishings, kitchen supplies, and appliances. We’re sorry to hear these aspects impacted your stay and will be reviewing each of these concerns with our team and the property owner. Your note about the dishwasher and laundry appliances is especially helpful, and we’ll make sure they are properly evaluated and addressed to avoid future issues. We’re happy to hear our team at Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals was friendly and helpful during your stay. Your experience matters to us, and your feedback will help us continue improving. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future should you choose to return.

Thank you for your review. I have forwarded your suggestions to management and they are reviewing. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again

Hi Christine. We appreciate the time you took to leave this review. We strive to give our guests 5 star service and based on this review, it looks like we fell way short of that. We do appreciate you calling to inform us that you would be arriving after 5:00pm so that we could leave your key packet in the after hours box when our office closed. We do however, apologize that the check in packet with check in instructions, keys, parking passes and additional, area information that we leave for other guests did not meet your expectations. We are always open to suggestions on improving our services and we do take suggestions offered by our guests to heart and, will implement them if sound advice. The cleanliness of the condominium has been addressed with our housekeeping department as well as the lack of notification from the HOA of the building regarding pest spray schedule. We did attempt to contact you multiple times regarding the housekeeping issues and, pest control access with no success or, return calls. Our staff was very empathetic to the access situation as they too would have felt uneasy so they immediately addressed the situation to try and put your mind (and theirs) at ease. We hope you enjoy your future stays on our lovely beaches.

Thank you for your wonderful review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to your return next year.
