The house was amazingly clean. It’s gorgeous and it’s much much larger than it appears online! The house is so well maintained, comfortable, and beautiful. There is multiple living rooms , great if you have teenagers or multigenerational people saying! There’s also a gorgeous outdoor covered space to hang out! The grill was an awesome add ! The kitchen has absolutely everything you would need, all appliances are new, and the bedding is comfortable. highly recommend this unit we will be back!

Our stay at Sea La Vie exceeded all expectations. Being a bit of a clean freak, I appreciate a tidy, clean room and this home was all that and then some! We also like to do some cooking and the kitchen was over the top in terms of cookware, dishware, cooking utensils. There was plenty and it was all in excellent shape. The beds were comfortable and the provided linens were high quality. Chelsea's response to my numerous questions leading up to our stay was unmatched. She was quick to reply, friendly, and provided complete answers. We enjoyed the screened porch with our coffee in the morning and games at night. We hope the stars align so that we can return again next summer!

The home is very nice. We had a family of 9 (6 adults/3 young children) and there was plenty of space for everyone. This was our 2nd year staying at this home. Kitchen is well equipped with almost everything you need. The screened in patio was a favorite for our morning and evening conversations. We all enjoyed the pool. Sheets/Towels are provided for all guests at no additional costs. The parking works well for three vehicles (we had a RAV 4 in garage, Tesla and Highlander in driveway), but if you get a visitor, it could be a problem because there is no additional parking for renter's guests. Home is close and within a half mile to a few miles to grocery stores and various places to grab a bite to eat. Traffic can be a bit hectic on lighthouse road, especially during the summer and weekend trips to the beach.

This house was the perfect house to stay in for vacation. It was a quick drive into Fenwick and Ocean City. There was things to walk to like a farm stand coffee place and other restaurants in the area. It was close to gas stations the grocery store and other amenities that you may need. House was wonderful. Super clean well organized, new modern and up-to-date. From the bedroom layouts to the many bathrooms. The community is small and very nice. Everybody is nice in the community and it’s quiet too. The pool was just an added touch and it was so nice. It felt like we were the only ones there sometimes and that the pool was there just for us. We would definitely stay again. Our family had a wonderful time. Just a little added touch, at night you get serenaded by the frogs. Thank you again for a wonderful week and we look forward to staying there again.

Stunning home, great location and helpful hosts. Family of five stayed and the kids enjoyed the loft and the pool.

Beautiful Sea La Vie Villa

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, kitchen is fully stocked, it is nicely decorated and looks likes the pictures posted. We had a great week here.

Beautiful house!! The house had everything we needed to make a very easy and relaxing stay. We were all sad to leave and would love to rent this property again.

Great rental

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautifully appointed townhouse. Spacious, all amenities and a wonderful kitchen. Located at the perfect spot in the plan as an end unit overlooking a pond. Great to sit on screened in porch and listen to the hundreds of frogs! Swimming pool was a perfect size and very clean. Never crowded and bathroom on site. Highly recommend this rental as it was very clean and so welcoming!

Home away from Home

The townhouse was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We enjoyed the numerous seating areas to gather - two living areas, the kitchen/dining area and the screen porch. We only occupied the two King rooms, and found the beds to be extremely comfortable. All rooms were nicely decorated. We were conveniently located to the Freeman Arts Pavilion where we enjoyed the Steve Miller Band with friends. We enjoyed being near numerous favorite restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. We will definitely return again. Chelsea was a pleasure to work with - a class act!!

This is a beautiful home and has everything you need while on vacation. It really is like home away from home if not better! The living areas (including a loft area on 2nd floor), kitchen, bedrooms, screened in porch, and pool were spectacular. We had three vehicles and were able to park our SUV in the garage and the other two vehicles in the driveway. It worked out perfectly. The kids absolutely loved it too, especially the extra toys and games that were available. And it is also an added bonus when bedsheets and bath towels are added to the rental. Chelsea was always quick to respond with any questions before and during our stay. Only drawback, be prepared for heavy traffic on Lighthouse Road on the weekends. Overall, it was a great week of vacation!

Family Fun at the Beach

We loved the house. It was beautiful and clean and fully stocked. Plenty of room for a large family. Chelsea the owner was very nice and helpful. Got right back with any and all questions. The only drawback is the parking. If you want any guests to visit during your stay there is no guest parking available and you are forbidden from parking on the roads of the development. There are only to spots on the parking pad and a small garage space. Large Trucks or SUVs would not fit inside. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Stunning, convenient home with excellent service

We have stayed in Fenwick island for many years. We actually saw “The Grove” community be built from a distance. We are always on a hunt for the perfect home & community to stay in for our weekly family vacation every year. This one is definitely at the top of the list. The home is convenient & easy, even if you have an elderly person tagging along. The first floor king room is excellent for that. Right off the living room & kitchen, with the bathroom attached to the bedroom. The only slight inconvenience we had was parking but that’s only from having family coming together from different areas so multiple cars. That’s out of their control though. Keyless, number pad lock was very convenient. Having linens provided is always a plus. Very very clean, all around. I could go on & on with how excellent our stay was. The service was always excellent. Any questions are answered almost right away if not within the hour. Super welcoming! We hope to be back!

A beautiful home in a very convenient location. Smart tv's. Propane grill. Three car maximum for this home and most in this very small development. No on street parking. A nice pool a short walk away. The Fenwick State Park is your best bet for the beach. Good restaurants and grocery stores close by. Great for families.

Superbe séjour!

Nos deux familles ont adorés le séjour passé dans cette magnifique résidence. Les photos sont parfaitements représentatives de la maison décorée avec goût, confortable, avec de belles grandes pièces pouvant accomoder facilement nos deux grandes famille. La propreté de cette msison est irréprochable. La maison est également très bien située, près de tous les services, la plage (moins de 10 minutes en voiture), restaurants et activités. Notre hôte répondait très rapidement à nos questions et était très avenante. Nous recommandons hautement cette maison pour vos vacances en famille et amis.
