This is one of the best places I have stayed at. Pictures were accurate and location was ideal as it was right off the main road to go to white mountain/Mount Washington. I will definitely going back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four adults and five kids. Good amount of room. The AC wasn’t the best and the dehumidifiers were very loud but it wouldn’t deter me from staying again. Everything else was great, nice and quiet area.

This was the perfect basecamp for our adult hiking weekend. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for our party of 7. The location was nice and quiet, but still just minutes from town. The swimming hole at the sister property was the highlight of our stay- such a beautiful and fun place to swim and lounge. Don't pass it up! Access to the pool and picnic/BBQ area was also a nice bonus. Check in was a breeze and communication with the host was amazing.

Annual Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 3 generation family has been renting for the past several years in the Lincoln area. The property suited our needs for various sleeping arrangements. The property was in good condition and we enjoyed our stay. The rental was in a good location for travelling in the area to many tourist spots. The pool and swimming hole was enjoyed by all. The only disappointing factor was the gas grill and electric grill. The gas grill was dirty and unusable. We had to clean the electric grill but in the long run did not use it.

Thank you always for choosing Loon Reservation Service for your summer escapes to Lincoln, and the feedback regarding your recent stay. Regrets that housekeeping didn't catch that messy BBQ Grill, as we realize does occur on the odd rare occasion. Please note that should you experience any difficulties during your stay, contact the Loon Reservation office in order that we may help "make it right". We understand your vacations are precious and comfort is key.

Peaceful Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beautifully decorated, meticulously clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and carefully thought out and even included a Keurig for our morning coffee. There is a large dining area that can fit everyone at the table as well as counter stools for additional seating. The TV area is very comfortable and seats a large family for movies and relaxation after a day of vacation fun. There are soooo many beds! This house has enough beds for any configuration of family(families)! With the 3 full baths, no one had to wait in line for a bathroom and every family member was happy. One of my favorite and most memorable parts of this condo is the outdoor deck area. When you open the sliding glass door and step onto the deck, you have a beautiful and peaceful woodland view and you hear the soft, soothing sound of the Pemi River in the distance.I would highly recommend this condo to any family who would like to escape the hectic pace of weekday life and find a peaceful retreat that is minutes away from hiking, biking, swimming, or great dining.

Relax on the Pemi!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Townhouse is very spacious. Our group included 7 adults and 1 child. Loved that there were 3 full bathrooms and 1 half on main level. Kitchen provided updated appliances. Be sure to bring all your own spices, coffee, filters, etc. Laundry room conveniently located on main level. The townhouse was clean and furniture was in good shape. Just a couple mentions that would make rental much better:the mattresses on the queen beds, owner should consider replacing them. Also, the matress pads and sheets did not fit tight...would invest in deep pocket sheets/pad. Lastly, an A/C unit on lower level is needed when temps are high.Fans were provided. Overall we were very satisfied. Great place for a large group, conveniently located just outside of Lincoln...very peaceful unlike all the high rise places in town. Great paved walking path across the street that goes into Lincoln. Access to the river/Lady Bathtub, tennis courts and pools just footsteps away.
