En dejlig tre soveværelser, to bad ejerlejlighed; nyopførte med alle nye møbler og apparater. Denne ejerlejlighed er beliggende nær downtown Lincoln og tæt på Loon Mountain Ski Area nye South Peak trail system.

Indtast dette feriehus til det åbne koncept køkken, spisestue og opholdsstue. Slap af og nyd det store fladskærms-TV og gas pejs, der starter med bare klappen på en kontakt. Fra opholdsrummet er soveværelse med med queensize-seng, et fjernsyn og store mester bad herunder hans og hendes dræn, stand-alone bruser og separat badekar. Ned en kort hal er de resterende to soveværelser (et med en queensize seng og den anden med to sæt køjesenge) og en fuld fælles bad.

Denne ejerlejlighed, South Peak Resort 1A, tilbyder medlemskab til Mountain Club på Loon Swim og Fitness Center tilbyder en indendørs pool, udendørs pool, udendørs jacuzzi, sauna og motionsrum.

This home was very clean and well stocked. Perfect for a weekend with my sister and our families. Great location - central to everything and a quick drive to the highway.

To all future guests, if you ever experience an issue such as this during a stay PLEASE do call the office and let us know so we can do our best to make sure your stay with us is as expected to be otherwise. From time to time things do break unexpectedly, however we have a maintenance staff at the ready to remedy the wrong, along with 24/7 call answering to ensure your concern is well attended. Great spot, needs some love

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place itself has great bones, is in the perfect location, and has some serious potential. That said, things are very much worn. The couches are comfortable but the fabric is shredded. The primary bedroom has a queen that is in poor shape. The other queen isn’t much better. The bunks were great for the kids. The kitchen has plenty of items, but most are long past their life (pots, pans). Overall a little love will go a long way for this place, especially given the rates charged. It shouldn’t feel like you’re staying on someone’s old furniture when you pay for a short term rental. Unfortunate because we really loved the location and had an awesome vacation. Hopefully the updates can be made for future stays.

We figured out a bit later that there was actually a nice place that we could walk to where we could get in the river. The place was spacious and there were plenty of things to do around the area in the summer.Some of the furniture (the couch mostly) was showing a bit of wear, but everything was clean.

Spring Break Getaway

My group and I have a fantastic stay at this luxurious and cozy South Peak unit. From the large kitchen, to the roaring fireplace and large bright windows, this unit was the absolute perfect place to come home to after a day on Loon Mountain. The location truly cannot be beat, and the views looking out to the forest and the sound of the Pemigewasset River absolutely soothe your soul. The unit was well stocked, in great condition, and extremely clean. Will definitely be coming back here soon!

This was in a great location near everything Lincoln has to offer. It was depicted exactly as the pictures and description entailed. The property was close to the walking trail, river, and offered plenty of eating options within a 5 minute drive. The property could use updating with couches (well worn), bedding (comforters were thin), pillows (so thin we had to fold in 1/2 to use and the extra pillows were just as thin), and several dents/plaster hanging in the bathroom due to humidity. Despite the neccesary updates we would still stay at the property again due to the affordibility.

The living room could use more lighting, a stand-up lamp and light under ceiling fan. Disposal didn't work and had an odor. The sinks in master bath were slow to drain and several lights throughout the property were burned out. Overall, a very nice place.
