Ocean Trillium #403 is a recently updated oceanfront condo designed for an easy New Smyrna Beach stay with Atlantic views, private beach access and a convenient location near dining, shopping and beachfront recreation.

The private ocean-view balcony is accessible from both the living area and bedroom, giving guests a comfortable place to start the morning, relax after the beach or enjoy the coastal setting without leaving the condo. Downstairs, the seasonally heated beachfront community pool and private beach access make it simple to move between pool time and the drive beach.

All guests receive a welcome basket containing 2 coffee pods, a package of coffee, tea bags with sweeteners, and 2 granola bars for your your enjoyment!

Inside, the condo accommodates up to four guests with two queen beds. There is also an extra self inflatable twin air mattress available to use. A full kitchen, Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a multi-charging station is provided in the master bedroom., elevator access and an on-site laundry facility add the practical conveniences travelers look for when comparing New Smyrna Beach rentals.
