Nice location

Sunrise watching from the balcony is wonderful and the easy proximity to the beach is outstanding.

Check in was not great. Our reservation was not ready, even though I did the online signing, called the property 2 hours before check in, and then an hour and a half after check in. I had to deal with after hours people who tried to figure out why our paperwork etc wasn’t ready on time.

Location was very good;great beach view. Beds very hard and made noise like crunching when you got on them. Wi-Fi wasn’t working for quite a while, but finally got fixed. No icemaker just 2 cheap ice cube trays . No washer or dryer in condo. No hand washing soap. Had to call for some. It was over 98 degrees outside and the A.C unit didn’t cool the unit effectively. The two portable fans also didn’t help. Odd smell in kitchen. No water pressure in shower. Swimming pool nice with bathrooms next to pool.

The place and property are great. Check in and communication were good .. I did message host and didn’t get a response .. I would have liked more towels and also there was no soap in the bathroom.. I would stay there again

Clean, updated, and great view!

We had my daughter's 10th birthday on the beach! This unit was decorated absolutely adorable, was EXTREMELY clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. There were beach chairs that we didn't need, but were available. It does go through a rental property rather than the owner, but they were quick to respond and easy to get in touch with. Check in is across the street at the property management location which is a little inconvenient, but it was very easy. My only real complaint would be that the room fits 6 people,and we needed two parking passes but they will only you one per reservation. Other than that, we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Didn't notice until we got there that we had to check in across the street. Check in time is 4pm. Got there at 5:15, and office closed at 5. So, we have a one-hour check-in window? I called the after-hours number and didn't get an answer the first two times. It was hot, we had just driven 9 hours, and weren't sure how or when we would get into our room. Tensions were high. Fortunately, someone answered the 3rd time I called and gave us the access code to a lock box with our keys in it. We thought the keypad for the main entrance didn't work, but it turns out you just have to keep entering the code, even though the box is beeping and flashing red. We got two keys but only one fob to get from beach back into the property. With four people in our group, it wasn't very convenient. Last little nuisance to note is that the air handler is REALLY loud for such a small space. We had to turn off the A/C to watch tv without blasting the volume. All that being said, we would go back again! The location is absolutely perfect, and the pool is small, but well maintained (though it would be nice to have some umbrellas on the pool deck because there is NO shade until mid-afternoon). The maintenance man is always around, and he's very pleasant and helpful. Keep an eye out for turtles and rabbits on the grounds--we saw both!
