Family-sized romantic villa with private pool and sea view-ALOE villa in Prines.
ALOE villa is a luxurious newly built traditional villa, with its private entrance, pool and garden, available for LONG-TERM renting, too. No words can describe the unique healthy micro-climate and the pleasant atmosphere in villa ALOE. It has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 8 persons.
The first floor consists of 2 A/C bedrooms, a bathroom and a veranda with pergola and glorious views of the North Cretan coast, the 'White Mountains' and the sunset .
The ground floor consists of the 3rd bedroom, the main bathroom, the spacious living room, the open kitchen with the dining area and all the amenities.The living room opens to the beautiful lawn garden with various trees and blossomed flowers, the private pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, an outdoor dining area, an outdoor shower and BBQ. There is a parking space for 2 cars in the plot and free parking in front of the property.
ALOE is located in the west end of the traditional Prines village, 5 km only from Rethymno town and 2,5 km from the nearest beach.
You will enjoy the privacy and the calmness of the area, while you are staying only 400 m from the center of the village where you can find everything you may need (shops, restaurants, cafe and a pharmacy).
The central heating, the fireplace, the Internet access, the fast Wi-Fi, the satellite TV, the DVD, and the big wardrobes in combination with the warm and healthy climate create an ideal environment for somebody to live in during the autumn-winter by long-term hiring in special price relaxing or working on line.

I'm Iason, my mother Thei and I are very keen to share wwith our guests our love for the wider area of ALOE and introduce them to the calm, joyful, healthy traditional life of the locals.
I study IT in the University, I play water polo, I adore doing serf in the waves, swimming, hiking, cycling, wathching good moovies, travelling, I love music (I play basso) and I totally love Rethymno area.
My mother, Thei, has studied Law and Social Anthropology in Athens, she loves reading books, doing meditation, cycling, gardening, bird watching, making new friends.

ALOE villa is located in the most beautiful and quiet place of the traditional village Prines and it has a splendid view of the sunset, White Mountains and the Cretan Sea. Also it is only 5' driving from the town of Rethymno, 2,5 km from the beach and 3 km from the University of Crete.The guests can enjoy a lot of activities in this area, such as all the aquatic sports, walking in gorgeous nature, trekking, bird-watching, fishing, playing tennis, swimming, enjoying various sandy beaches, studying in the tranquil Cretan University's library (2,5 km from ALOE) with the marvelous view to the sea, cycling, strolling, or simply relaxing near the ALOE's pool.
