The AC was the best thing about the house. Everything worked great and as it should but the interior was very plain. The grill area was a little over grown and would be nice there was a better wash down station outside.

Beach breeze

Nice beach rental. Great layout for a large family. Overall the house was clean other than sand in the floor. There should be a shower or water hose to wash the sand off of your feet before entering the house.

Great location, pretty home for big family!

Jones family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice, there are things in the rental that need to be updated. Remotes for the ceiling fans need to be checked to see they are working or even need batteries. Washer and dryer needs to be leveled. Fixtures in the bathrooms upstairs need to be tightened up (towel rack, toilet paper holder).

Great week!

We enjoyed the home and everything was as advertised! House was clean and we had plenty of room for family with 5 br. Kitchen was not as well stocked as we would have liked since dining options are few around this area. Also, it would be nice if propane tank was full for renters or maybe provide an extra. The places listed to get a filled tank were out for most of our stay so that was not ideal. We also would have loved to have a few extra towels and maybe a couple blankets for the beds. With a big group and a small washer, it was hard to keep towels washed up each day.

Beach Breeze

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at Beach Breeze! Our only complaint is that the floors downstairs were super dirty. We had to wear socks or shoes inside because our feet would be black from the floors. We had to wash our little one’s feet AFTER bath time again before bed just because of their feet being black from the floors even if it was a short time they played. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The house has a great layout. We always stay in this community for a reason! We love the ammentities of it plus the neighborhood. We love Coastal Joe and how they communicate and make things easy. We would stay here again, just need to do a little upgrade and mop the floors a little better.

Lovely place but would stay elsewhere next time

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was beautiful, loved that there was one main on the first floor easy to access for elderly occupant. As it was new, there were no chairs or beach towels included, but the owner provided a beach gear credit instead, we just had to pay the delivery fee.Checkin required driving several miles further to pick up keys, and returning them by checkout time on the final day. Rental company really needs to embrace the modern code method. I would not stay here again simply for the reason other homes people in our group stayed in did not require this.In addition, we were responsible for not only running the dishwasher but emptying it before we left. Just not comparable to the convenience of other similar properties.

Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. We are more than willing to accommodate our guest and would have been more than happy to take the packet to the house since this property has a key code. That has been something that we have done for several other guest that have asked to make it easier and less travel for them. There are few owners that have the keyless entry, and we are working on switching every house on our program to electronic locks. As for the dish washer, the packet that is given at check-in explains that we only ask that you load it and run it before departing. The cleaners take care of putting the clean dishes away while they are there cleaning. We value your feedback and hope you enjoyed your time here on our little piece of paradise!!

Quiet family trip to end the summer

Always love Cape San Blas. If looking for quiet unknown area to relax in then this is it. As far as the house it was very new. Very clean. Large rooms and had everything we needed. As others mentioned the kitchen could use more — only the bare necessities are there. We cook a lot on vacation so I could have used some serving dishes. There were none. More baking sheets/pans. Pitchers would be nice. Would also be nice if they supplied some beach chairs/wagon as the house is not directly on the beach. Not a long walk but supplying a wagon would really help. The good thing is I’m able to get picky and complain about these little picky things because the house was really nice. Location was great. Not a crowded beach area either. I rated the description accuracy as lower than 5 stars because the description indicated there is an elevator. There wasn’t an elevator. We had family that was coming with us so the elevator was a necessity. This person backed out at the last minute so it became a non issue but it would have been really bad had we relied on the description and then arrived to no elevator.

Wellman stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management and customer service were amazing. When we showed up the down stairs bed was not made. The upstairs first queen room to the right the sheets were not clean so we had to wash them. Outside of that it was pretty clean. We did a walk around and some maintenance needs done on the house but nothing that prohibited the stay. If some brush could be cleared out and a deck on the back area so the grill could be utilize comfortably would be a big upgrade. Also the outside trash cans stunk really bad. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the critique's is only nitpicking. Nothing major. Thank you again.

A Perfect Week at Beach Breeze!

It was perfect for our family of 12 with space for everyone. The baseboards contained some dust and the walls were pretty scuffed up in places. But, the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The location was great! We did have to purchase a nozzle and hose to use on the outdoor water spicket for rinsing beach gear and sand from our feet. I noticed in an earlier review this was an issue previously that had not been addressed. The kitchen could be better stocked with basic cookware. The management company was accommodating and great to deal with. For the price, I would stay here again.
