Designed for comfort, connection, and carefree beach days, this spacious 5-bedroom home sleeps up to 12 guests and is thoughtfully laid out with bathrooms on all three levels that is ideal for families and groups.

Amazing stay, comfortable home, close to the beach

We had such a wonderful stay!! The home was lovely, very spacious for our group of seven. The walk to the beach was easy, and we absolutely loved the skeeball and air hockey downstairs!! Hope to return again soon!

Great location!

The property was in an amazing location, with a less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Very little traffic and almost no noise, so we had an extremely relaxing visit. Trading Post up the street has everything you would need during a visit, so no need to leave for the bigger towns. This is our new go-to spot for the beach!

Spring break

We had a great stay at Sandy Paws. This is our 2nd spring break staying at this house. Great fenced in yard for the dogs. Nice neighborhood for a walk. Short ride to the beautiful state park. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals in. Comfy recliners to relax for movie night after all day on the beach. Comfortable beds.

Family Vacation

Plenty of room for the entire family and perfect fenced area for pets. Beds were extremely comfortable which is a huge plus. House was equipped with everything that we needed and conveniently located to the General Store for any other supplies.

Great Vacation

The furry ones and the rest of the family had a great time at this vacation home. It was perfect distance from the beach. The trail was also very convenient to take a stroll down the main street of Cape San Blas. Awesome job by Murray and Emma with this place.

Family vacation with our dogs

We enjoyed Sandy Paws and the spacious home with large comfortable beds for 2 sisters and our 3 young adult children. We also brought our 2 small dogs and we all enjoyed the beach. Very close walk to the gulf and beach access. The sunsets are gorgeous. 2nd trip to CSB and we just love this peaceful paradise!

Wonderful vacation, wonderful weather, wonderful hosts. The house and amenities were perfect for our visit to the cape this year. Communication with the owners was simple and prompt. Would rent this house again.

We hadn’t known what to expect from the Cape San Blas location, but we were pleasantly surprised. We came to fish and relax celebrating my husband’s 61st birthday. We were so happy with the house, even more happy with the pristine beaches and beautiful bay. We fished, caught flounder, trout, mangrove snapper, and many large redfish. We kayaked together. The house provided 2 kayaks, but be careful, the red one has a hole in the bottom and it quickly filled with water. Luckily I brought mine from home so it all worked out… what a great mini vacation. Thank you for the great memories.

Oh boy, what a great vacation!

Sandy Paws was in an awesome location, was as described (but even better!), and had everything we needed for a great beach vacation! The layout of the 3-story house was perfect. We could all gather together, but we had privacy when needed, too. Adults, children, and dogs enjoyed fun-filled days and quiet, peaceful sleeps on comfy beds at night. Oh boy, what a great vacation!

Beautiful Escape

We had an incredible time at Sandy Paws. The house was fabulously comfortable, airy, with the most amazing light all through the day. It was close to the beach and also very close to the State Park which is an awesome bike ride. Our dogs had a fabulous time and really enjoyed every minute. We are so grateful to have found this rental property!

Great beach - beautiful sunsets

Great beach property. Beautiful sunsets. Property is perfect for a large group. Golf cart is a nice asset to travel to the public beach access, which is a few blocks away. Screened in porch is a perk. Andy and Travis, owners, are quick to respond if there are questions or concerns.

What a trip!

We had great communication by the owners and they gave us great information while staying there. We were so happy to see all the beach gear that we could use while were down there. We were perfect proximity to everything. There is even a great restaurant at the end of the street. You could walk or drive the golf cart. The kitchen is fully stocked with plently pots and pans and dishes.

Sandy Paws 🐾 Pawfect!!

This was a return visit to Sandy Paws for my sister and me. The location, with the fenced in yard and the short walk to the beach is perfect for the two of us and our dogs! We especially enjoy afternoons sitting on the sunny deck while the dogs sun themselves. The owners are very responsive to any of our requests. We will be returning again next year for our extended stay.

Family vacation

Check-in was seamless....received an email stating House was ready earlier than expected. We ate all but 2 meals at the house and the few things we forgot, they had provided. We had a wonderful time and our 15 year old grandson loved the basement area! Thank you for sharing your home, especially through these uncertain times.

Great time. Minor issues.

Had a excellent time. I planned this trip for my dogs and they loved it. Not sure what happened to the separate fenced in area. Could of mowed the weeds. Taller than my labs.

we used to have a separating fence between the back yard and side yard, but removed it for a larger dog area. The area you refer to belongs to next door.

Loved it!

What a great place! 7 of us and 2 dogs stayed three nights and had a great time! Plenty of room for everyone and a close walk to the beach. The golf car was very helpful and fun to drive. The only negative thing I could say was the noise. On the left side a new house is being built and on the right side the road was paved. We didn't spend much time at the house during the day so it wasn't really an issue. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Thank you guys for the review, we really did not know the schedule for the construction as they fit in work when supplies arrive and it could have been anytime within the next 6 months. The road was completely out of the blue and the county certainly don't think to give locals a heads up! I guess they thought it would be over in a day!

Amazing!

The house was fantastic. We plan to come again as soon as we can. We know to bring a lot less stuff though. The house was well stocked and had things that most rental properties don't. Our three dogs loved the yard but be careful of those little prickly things! One dog seemed to be a magnet for them. The water was incredibly calm and the beach was deserted. I have already recommended this place to friends!

For 4 days we were there at this unit, it had a lot of outdoor toys and kayaks, bikes , ect. But there were no information on where to go, regulations on where to fish, legal amount of crab, fish, scallops ect. We had to find out ourselves. The map needs to be updated with the PRIVATE GATES that I hope we were allowed to go threw. All in all a great trip and will be back.

The map has always shown the bay and gulf access points, but as for fishing quotas, they change with each season, month or current conditions, the only way to find out what is current is to google it.

Wonderful Extended Christmas Stay at Sandy Paws!

Maury and Emma were very responsive to our pre-trip questions. The kitchen was well outfitted and even had a crockpot. We cooked all of our own meals except a couple of trips to the donut shop(get there early). The internet speed was great, we had 4 people (3 working - 1 schooling) and had no problems. The house was huge with three stories with 4 large bedrooms, 2 common areas, a wrap around porch and plenty of storage space. We enjoyed the game room and the the kayaks, and the nearby pickleball courts. We had the opportunity to meet Maury and Emma and found them to be warm, thoughtful and helpful in giving us ideas of things to do around the area. Our dog loved running the beach and playing with the neighbor's dog Buddy. Next time we are in Cape San Blas we will definitely stay at Sandy Paws again.

They thought of everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on Cape San Blas thanks to the awesome owners of Sandy Paws. This was our first year to bring our dogs, our only regret was that we didn't decide to do it sooner. The entire house and yard has been tailored for pet lovers. The house itself was one of the best stocked rental homes we have ever encountered. We felt like we were staying at a friend's home. The beds were comfortable for each person even though some usually prefer more firm or softer mattresses. The kitchen had everything we required. Having all the toys at our disposal was great. We got a lot of use out of the bikes and golf cart. The owners were very fast to respond when we had a concern or a question. They are just nice people.

Great House!

My husband and I took our 3 kids ages, 12,16,18, along with my mom and 2 dogs for a week at Sandy Paws. You just can’t beat this house. If you’re not a fan of bunk beds and comfort is key, this is the house! Every bed was extremely comfortable and queen or king size. Our older boys stayed on lower level, husband and I and our daughter on 2nd level and my mom on the main level. The most perfect layout for us! There was a game room/extra tv room on lower level and huge laundry room. Super fun and plenty of room to spread out! Beach is close to walk or drive and park if carrying a lot. State park is amazing. We spent a lot of time exploring there. Nothing bad to say about this rental. House had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay so much! Thanks to the hosts for providing an awesome renting experience!

We are Pioneer Ridge Vacations, owned by Andy Vanosdale and Travis Staten, best friends since 1990. We grew up together attending the same schools and college in the Chattanooga, Tennessee, area. The Pioneer Ridge name comes from our grade schools, with the mascot being the Pioneer and the schools located in East Ridge, Tennessee. We are huge fans of the Tennessee Volunteers (Go Vols)! When we get together, you can often find us playing Spades and Phase 10 with our other friends.
