Welcome to this beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath beach house in Panama City Beach! Located just steps away from the shores of the Gulf of Mexico, our beach house is the perfect vacation spot for families, couples, or groups of friends. With breathtaking views of the ocean from every window, you'll feel like you're in your own private paradise. Inside, our beach house is tastefully decorated with a modern beach theme for up to 10 guests comfortably. The spacious living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a newly renovated bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a long day. One bedroom contains a queen size bed while the other features a bunk area for the kids! Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older or a child of a registered guests. 1 pet allowed, $500 non refundable fee will be added.

Amazing beach home. Love the renovated house. Everything you need is located in the house. Perfect beach views. One level house, but House has plenty of space. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and I will be back again.

The views were incredible! Exactly what we were looking for in a vacation destination. It was very relaxing. Very modern and up to date amenities. Beach access was perfect. Just steps the sand and ocean. The fire pit was spot on. We enjoyed using the fire pit several nights. Highly recommend booking this beach house for your next family vacation. Centrally located to every where we wanted to go to. Pet friendly. Our fur baby gives it all paws up.

We loved our stay at this beachfront home on Laguna Beach. The home itself felt so welcoming and cozy, and the private beach access was so nice. Overall, booking with Experience Gulf Coast was a very pleasant experience, and we will probably book here again!!

Indoor space was superb Clean, one level for our Elderly mom using walker was nice, upgraded cabinets/bedding, amenities spot on (pt, tp, soap-shampoo). Outdoor space was excellent furnishings made sense, table/chairs, loungers. Outdoor Water at sand/steps for feet rinsing & full body shower was perfect. Beach chairs available soo grateful. Appliances easy & functional. It’s a home you wish to own but thankful to the family for allowing guest to experience the beautiful shores. Everyone assisting with this property is appreciated, you can tell they put their best into making everything comfortable & convenient. Excellent Home, we can see why it’s always booked ! Best of the best!

Loved the location of the house. The house was beautifully decorated and appliances were updated. The easy access to the beach and the large deck won us over. I plan on staying here every summer!

Great trip

Reasonable solo houses on the gulf brought back may memories. The house, view and beach access was top notch and owners have gone out of their way to make the place first rate.

Piece of paradise

The house was just as described and perfect for our family vacation. We easily could have added more people (2 adults, 2 children) and has plenty of space still. We can’t wait to go back!

great place had everything needed and then some

this was ideal for us had everything needed was in good location to get to resturants if a person wanted the kitchen was well equipped with the cookware and utensils was clean and 40 steps to beach just right will definitely try to get this place again THANKS for letting us stay

My family was very impressed with the quality of furnishings and accommodations. I liked the immediateaccessibility to the beach. We had a problem with thewater heater, but management sent someone out immediately. Overall it is a very nice and well maintainedfacility; and we are already talking about a return visit next year!

Amazing Location

Our family of four had an amazing spring break at this house. Two teens and we all had plenty of space but not too much extra so we could spend plenty of quality time together. The beach is literal steps from the back deck. Its gorgeous and quiet. I hope we have an opportunity to stay here again. It was perfect.

Great location and right on the beach. Strange to have to pull a string to open the front gate. Should have a handle that goes from front to back for ease. Shower handle was broken in master, hand towel in master was almost about to fall off, need new gasket on master shower door to prevent water leaking to floor. There were also some lights out and not replaced. Lots of rules but wouldn’t it make sense to keep water heater turned on instead of on when you arrive and off when you leave. Noticed thermostat when automatically to 70 after midnight even though we wanted 68 degrees to sleep. Truthfully, location is awesome, house is what should be expected since the weather takes its toll on buildings there. Chairs for beach were appreciated but also either ripped or unusable. Would I stay here again, yes. Hints for the stay. There is a store to the right toward PC on the left. Great selection of items. Bayou Bills not worth it, McGuires was great. Order the pork chops. Bubba’s pizza was good. Laguna Beach is between the crazy PC and snooty 30A( comment from owner next door) and it’s true. Couple tweeks and this house would be even better. Worth the stay though.

Quick getaway

The house was beautiful and perfectly located. With that being said, it was unfortunate that none of the bathroom outlets worked and the TVs in the house had no wifi or cable to connect to. Everything else was really nice and it was wonderful to be able to walk directly onto the beach.

Everything was perfect except the weather 😂

This house was perfect and exactly as described and so much more. Personally, loved the inclusion of the spices and pantry of miscellaneous things that we always end up buying on vacation then throwing away. Loved that we could use what was there and leave what we purchased. There was a big box of beach toys and towels and sunscreen, which was SO NICE to have even though we brought our own, next time we know we don't have to. The location is so nice, both in proximity to the beach (steps!) and the distance to pier park (close but not too close). We like being a little bit away from the crowd and this was perfect. Can't say enough great things about this place, we will be back for sure.

Great home with easy beach access!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Nice little beach house with easy beach access! Just as described! Great communication with rental company too. When we arrived one of the smoke detectors was beeping and they responded quickly and had someone out in less than 30 minutes. Very clean and spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We did have some issues with the electrical outlets not working in the bathrooms, lots of ants outside on patio, there is no TV in front bedroom and we never figured out how to work the master bedroom TV (it was smarter than us...lol). Just a heads up the master bedroom mattress is EXTREMELY soft. But if you like that type of mattress you will like that one! They did have some very worn out rusty beach chairs and a tent that didn't work sitting outside. So don't forget to bring your own tent and beach chairs for comfort!! Keep in mind the driveway is gravel and the entrance is at the back of the house, so it wasn't the best setup for my 86 year old mother-n-law due to her balance issues but we managed just fine! We would consider staying here again.

My favorite VRBO rental EVER!

I'm not one to leave reviews, and have rented 20+ properties through VRBO, but this one is extra special, and definitely my favorite property I have stayed at along the gulf. It is pristinely clean, more than spacious enough for our crew with 2 separate living areas (one was sun room we spent most of our time in), and all the attention to details were not spared. I truly felt at home at this gem, literal steps away from the water with fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, so much so I almost didn't leave a review so that it wouldn't be booked the next time we wanted to come :). You're so close to the surf you feel like you are still on the water while lounging on the patio and we used the stone fire pit every night. The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating, even letting us add an extra night in the middle of our stay. It is a one story, single home, so super private and accessible to family members that may not be able to make the trek across a long board walk or negotiate stairs, and came with a crib mattress, pack and play, baby monitor, children's beach toys/plates/etc. that my 4 year old was obsessed with. Sunsets were incredible and the outdoor space is something that you don't normally get at a rental like this. We will be back. Thanks for having us!
