Summary:
A New Renovated three-story home with a whole floor dedicated to the main bedroom. The master bedroom has a sunroom, a balcony deck, two work tables, and a couch and TV.

Kids have the floor to themselves with a game room, pool table, foosball table, and two arcades. They have two TV as well as board games to keep them occupied.

The main floor has two dining tables with an oversized couch nestled around a wood-burning fireplace. Walk out to the wrap-around deck to enjoy nature.

The Space:
The space is designed to have multiple places where people can gather together or relax solo quietly.

You can relax in front of the wooden burning fireplace, play a game of foosball and pool in the game room, or play board games in the kid's room. You can silently do yoga upstairs in the sun room with the adjoining master bedroom.

Bring the family and keep them entertained downstairs while you get some R&R upstairs.

The guest has access to the whole property.

Located in the Emerald lake s a quiet community close to multiple ski resorts and water parks

Guest can also access the full amenities by paying an additional fee to the community.

Getting Around:
Plenty of parking on the premise and a big shopping center within 10 minutes of the house.
