Additional Note Regarding Electricity Usage:
Electric charges are determined at the end of the stay and must be charged via cash or credit card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants received an allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWH. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenant's responsibility.
Additional Note Regarding Maximum Number of Guests in Booking:
This is a 3 bedroom house, 6 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an additional fee. For online reservations: you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process. Each guest will be required to provide a copy of a government issued ID prior to booking the stay. The number of those staying at the property should agree to the number of government IDs provided to owner prior to booking.
