It’s a nice house for people that need 4 bedrooms everything was clean and the host was very helpful also it’s nice to be able to check in at 2 the earlier the better.

The only stand out house in the neighborhood. It is perfect for our family gathering, as we just want to have a relaxing weekend. The spacious living room with big TV, big comfortable bed and TV in every room, plenty of towels, it’s just perfect for us all adults who just want to chill in the house.

Celebrating graduation weekend

We had a great time staying at Brian’s house for our daughters celebratory graduation weekend. There was plenty of room, lovely amenities and the location to shops and restaurants was ideal. Our family had a great time and it was the perfect setting to share the celebration!

Lovely Gem Close to SLO

We stayed for a long weekend while attending a local conference. There were 7 women and it was perfectly sized for us! The house seems brand new and is immaculate. Everyone enjoyed the comfy beds and the decor was very tasteful. Brian was great to work with, very warm and welcoming!

Stay was great. We had a few minor issues but they were quickly resolved by contacting the owner. We did have an issue with spiders. Killed about 5 small ones and got bit up on one leg. 2 beds could use new mattresses, especially the downstairs bedroom with bathroom attached.

Gorgeous home with beautiful bedrooms for the whole extended family. We celebrated our son’s graduation from CP SLO. We were able to print graduation tickets using the printer in one of the bedrooms/office. Phew, crisis averted, thank you!

We’re a family with deep roots in California’s Central Valley, and the Central Coast has always held a special place in our hearts. Growing up, both of us spent summers traveling to this area with our families—days at the beach, evenings exploring nearby towns, and the kind of simple moments that turn into lifelong memories.

Later, after we married and started our own family, we continued that tradition by bringing our children to the Central Coast. Those trips became something we looked forward to every year—time together, shared experiences, and a chance to slow down and enjoy the coast.

As life evolved, we found ourselves traveling back and forth to the Central Coast more often, and eventually we decided to purchase this home. Our goal was to create a place that reflects how we like to travel ourselves: comfortable, well-maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and close to everything that makes the area special.

We take pride in hosting and in providing a space where guests can relax, gather, and create their own memories—whether that’s a weekend getaway, an event-focused visit, or time spent reconnecting with friends or family. Sharing our love for the Central Coast and helping others experience it in a meaningful way is what makes hosting so rewarding for us.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s a mature, well-established residential area that reflects the original character of the Central Coast. The surrounding homes have been part of the community for many years, creating a lived-in, authentic coastal setting rather than a newly built resort or high-density development.

Our home was intentionally built new within this established neighborhood to combine modern construction and amenities with a location that feels real and grounded. This allows guests to enjoy the benefits of a newer home—updated layout, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and contemporary features—while staying in a quieter area that isn’t dominated by short-term rentals or heavy tourist traffic.

What we enjoy most is the sense of calm and privacy the neighborhood offers. Streets are easy to navigate, parking is straightforward, and evenings are generally peaceful. At the same time, you’re only minutes from Pismo Beach, the dunes, restaurants, and local events, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer without the noise and congestion of busier zones.

Many guests appreciate that the home stands out for its design and comfort while still being part of a long-standing neighborhood. It’s a place where you can relax, feel at ease, and experience the Central Coast from a comfortable home base that blends modern living with an established community atmosphere.
