Including all new furnishings and appliances, our home has been professionally decorated offering a lively, pleasant, stylish backdrop for your stay in Tucson. The Main bedroom features a King bed with top-of-the-line mattress and comfortable sitting area and each of the other three bedrooms have comfortable and quality queen mattresses. Each room reflects its own fun and individual style. A queen air bed/mattress provided allows additional comfort for guests. The Main Bedroom has a private dual sink bathroom and tiled shower, and two large closets. The three queen bedrooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. There is also a powder room located between the two large living spaces and the kitchen. This well-appointed home comfortably accommodates up to four couples, and is kid and family friendly. The 4-person sitting area adjoining the dining room (which sits eight) can be used for a relaxing conversation, enjoying a beverage or just reading a good book. With a large enclosed backyard with fenced pool, views from every direction, a BBQ grill and a propane fire pit, guests can take advantage of Tucson’s year-round outdoor living. There are multiple outdoor seating and dining areas in the backyard making this home suitable for entertaining and events, and enjoyable for family and friends alike. A desk with a computer monitor together with HDMI cable and remote keyboard/mouse make this home an easy choice for those needing to work remotely during their stay. This home is powered with the fastest WiFi available, with Xfinity’s 1 Gigabyte high speed internet. Golf, hiking, biking and other activities all within easy access. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, AJ’s and many of Tucson's premier restaurants are nearby, as well as Tucson's upscale Encantada Mall. This home works well for couples, families, business executives, or two or three families sharing accommodations while in Tucson. We do allow events at this home so inquire with the host regarding weddings, graduations, and celebrations of life events.

Other Things to Note:
We can no longer accommodate early check in or late check out. We tried it and found it to be too disruptive to our operation. The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. Sorry :(

The pool is heated to 80 Deg F all year no additional charge. We charge $50/day if you would like pool temp above 80 Deg F
