We rented this property for our crew, and it exceeded every expectation. The layout provided plenty of space and privacy. The location is unbeatable—being so close to the parks and restaurants made our logistics seamless. Clean, high-end, and highly recommended for any group or professional team looking for a top-tier stay in Orlando."

Nice place, perfect for convention center access

We loved being so conveniently located to the convention center, it let us get some extra sleep and we didn't have to worry about a car or parking. Karaoke night by the pool was a fun plus - many thanks to the hospitality team that made everything run so smoothly!

Great experience!

The room and service were top notch! The amenities were perfect for us and it was very convenient to the convention center north/south locations. Even the 1 mile walk to the west concourse was a breeze. Free parking on property was a huge plus and the food and beverages were tasty too. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Place to Stay

I stayed here for a conference at the OCCC and this location was exactly as described. The room had everything that I needed, I felt safe and welcomed, and the location is ideal not only for the convention center, but also for the theme parks! Ordering food and groceries was easy and there were no concerns having Uber rides pick me up/drop me off at the location.Overall, if I were to need another place to stay, then I would choose this one again.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay here and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our unit was beautiful and clean with a kitchenette and large bathroom. The host and accommodations were fabulous. My only complaint would be the hotel doesn't really have a dining area. There is seating but all food is ordered from the bar area and food choice is limited. On the positive, this hotel is near lots of great restaurants which are 5-7 mins away.

Place was very nice but when we went to check-in, we were told our reservation was cancelled. Hilton said it was cancelled by the owner. We reached out to VRBO and they said the reservation was still there. After some back and forth and on hold for an hour VRBO confirmed it was cancelled and they were not notified about it and neither were we. So we had no place to stay. Luckily VRBO was able to find another place for us to stay but it was further away and then we were away from family who also booked where we were supposed to stay. Not the greatest experience but will give VRBO 5 stars for stepping up and the owner 0 stars for cancelling and not communicating that.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm truly sorry for the frustration and disruption caused by the reservation issue, especially after you had already arrived expecting to check in. I understand how disappointing it must have been to be separated from your family and have your plans unexpectedly changed. Clear communication is extremely important to us, and this experience does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. We appreciate your feedback and are reviewing what happened so we can help prevent situations like this in the future. I’m glad VRBO was ultimately able to arrange alternative accommodations, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced.
