If you love the lake, this beautiful home is for you! With plenty of space for the whole family, the home is primed for convenient lake living. Situated right behind famous Franky & Louie's, you'll be within steps of waterfront dining and beachfront amenities including a sand volleyball, and paddleboard and boat rentals.

At home, outdoor fun is made easy. Host delicious at-home barbecues, courtesy of the gas grill and smoker, and enjoy the fresh air. Inside, you'll greeted by an open-concept dining and living area that flows into the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. A sleek, built-in fireplace, plush sofa seating, and a TV set the stage for casual family lounging. Additional features and amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, complimentary in-home WiFi, and a firepit for nighttime fun. A lily pad is also available for use, perfect for all of your lake adventures.

Quiet hours are from 11pm-8am.
There are stairs to get down to the front door and dock.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: one on each patio

Dock details: Guests can tie off their boat on the left hand side of the dock, opposite to Frank and Louis, but no boat parking in the dock slips.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
