5 BR Disney Themed Home in Family Resort Community

Welcome to our private, family friendly Disney-themed townhome that has all the amenities you need for the perfect magical getaway. With plenty of nearby attractions and our home’s amenities, you are guaranteed to have the most memorable experience. Our home is located in Central Florida and only miles to all major theme parks and famous attractions, including Disney World, as well as midway to both east & west Florida coasts.

First floor:

Open the front door to a world of magic!

First floor (Main floor):

King Suite #1 (Tangled Themed): The downstairs primary bedroom has a king sized bed, wall-mounted Roku TV, two USB nightstands, closet with hangers, a floor fan, and a luggage stand. Turn on the lit up wall mural and watch the lanterns float with Rapunzel. Across the hall you will find the main full bathroom with a shower (no tub).

Open layout - (kitchen, living room, and dining room)

Kitchen - Full of all the necessary cooking amenities. There is a kitchen island and a breakfast bar that seats 4 people. Look up and see Mickey lights above you!

Living room - There is an L-shaped leather couch, a large Roku TV mounted on the fireplace mantle with an electric fireplace beneath, a coffee table, and TV stand. Under the coffee table you will find multiple board games to enjoy with your family after a day at the park.

Dining Room - The dining table has 8 chairs, and is the perfect place to gather everyone for meals. There is a booster seat available to use, as well as a highchair for children up to 3 years old. There is a small toddlers' table nearby with a couple of chairs.

Lanai - There is a small, screen-covered private pool with two lounge chairs to enjoy some time outdoors. The pool has jets and lights to use for night time. There is additional seating at the outdoor dining area complete with a table and 6 chairs. There is also a ceiling fan and light above the table. A half bathroom outside in the pool area to use when you are wet from the pool. Want more? Visit the resort-style pool (with water slide), lazy river (with complimentary tubes), and hot tub within a 5 minute walk of your stay! 



Second floor:There is gray luxury vinyl plank hardwood floors throughout the stairs and entire upstairs, and a large hallway closet where you will find a vacuum, iron board, and pack 'n play (all complimentary during your stay).

Queen Suite #1: There is a Beauty and the Beast themed bedroom with a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom (full bathroom with shower only). There is also a dresser, roku TV (Bring your own login for our smart TVs), two nightstands, large closet, and two luggage stands to use. Don't let the last petal fall on the enchanted rose!

Bedroom #3: Toy Story themed bedroom with two full beds (bunk beds) and ensuite bathroom. Feel like you're a toy in Andy's room. Climb up Andy's bed to get to one of the full sized beds and go down the swirly slide into the ballpit. Look up when you get down the slide and see life sized "barrel of monkeys" hanging from the ceiling. Watch TV on the etch-a-sketch smart TV mounted on the wall (Bring your own login for our smart TVs). The full Toy Story bathroom has a shower & bathtub and large closet.

Bedroom #4: Star Wars themed bedroom with 4 twin beds (2 bunk bed style beds) and ensuite bathroom. Feel like you're on the millennium falcon as you climb up the stairs to get to one of the 4 twin beds. Interactive light up buttons make you feel like you’re inside a space ship. Turn off the lights to see Darth Vaders light saber light up! There is a smart TV mounted to the wall (Bring your own login for our smart TVs). There is an attached full bathroom with shower & bathtub and large closet.

Bedroom #5: King Suite with ensuite bathroom. Relax on the king sized bed and use the smart TV on the dresser to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. There is a nightstand on each side of the bed and a large walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom with shower only (no tub).





DESCRIPTION:  

This themed townhome includes 5 great sized bedrooms, 4 with ensuite full bathrooms. There are 2 themed childrens' bedrooms (Star Wars and Toy Story) on the second floor, and two adult themed bedrooms, (Tangled) on the first floor and a Beauty and the Beast suite on the second floor.

One main bedroom (Tangled King Suite), and one main bathroom are on the first floor. The kitchen is large and spacious, it has wooden cabinets, granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for up to 4 people, Mickey hanging lights at the kitchen island, and it comes fully equipped with all the standard kitchen utensils and small appliances that you would need to whip up something tasty to eat (including a Mickey waffle maker!). Chances are that the breakfast bar won’t seat everyone that stays in the house. In this case, there’s a dining area just off the kitchen, which has a large rectangular table and seating for up to 8 people. There is also a booster seat, and a high chair available to use, as well as a small toddlers table to the side that seats 3 little ones.



After a long day out at the parks, there’s no place better to come back to than the living room. Here, you can sit back and relax on the leather L-shaped sectional sofa and watch a good movie on the large flat-screen HD roku TV mounted to the fireplace. Turn the electric fireplace on for a relaxing ambiance. BYOL (Bring your own log in) for apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more. Walk through one of the two outdoor patio doors downstairs, and you’ll enter the screened-in pool area. Here, you can enjoy the pool, sunbathe on one of the sun loungers, or eat al fresco at the patio table under the covered lanai. Wet from the pool and need to use the restroom? Use the half bath that is located on the side of the patio. Complimentary pool towels available for use.





POOL: 

Pool heat is an optional amenity that's offered. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $30 USD and must be left on the entire stay. It must be requested at least 48 hours before your reservation. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on for your reservation. The pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. The pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.

1 Hand soap in each bathroom; 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, and 1 body wash in each bathroom (travel sized)

1 garbage bag in each garbage can

Dish soap for the dishwasher x1 load (to be used at the end of your stay)

1 Dish Sponge & Dish Soap

Basic cleaning supplies (all purpose cleaner & carpet stain remover)

1 bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth for each guest

1 pool towel for each guest

Hairdryers in each bathroom

*Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay or arrange for delivery of grocery/items from Amazon or grocery delivery app*

COMMUNITY: Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. Kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an I-max movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.

GETTING AROUND: You will have 2 free parking spots in front of your vacation home, and additional parking in designated parking areas on the nearby streets. A rental car is recommended, or Uber/Lyft can be used. There are plenty of sidewalks to walk around in the gated community and the community amenities (pool, waterslide, lazy river, gym, and clubhouse) are a 5 minute walk away. All nearby attractions are easily accessible by car.







**Florida is home to several critters such as, but not limited to, palmetto bugs, rodents, lizards, spiders, ants, and other insects.

We are contracted with a pest control company that provides regular preventative treatments; however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in or around the home. The presence of any such critters does not entitle the guest to a refund.

To protect your vacation investment, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance. No refunds will be given due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances outside of the cancellation policy.
