We had a great stay overall. Our family really enjoyed having our own space, which made the trip much more comfortable and relaxing. The private pool was a big highlight—clean, well maintained, and the option to have it heated at a reasonable price was absolutely worth it. Communication with the host was excellent, and the process of getting onto the property and into the house was smooth and easy. This was our first time staying in ChampionsGate, and the only downside was that the main clubhouse and basketball court are a short car ride away from each other. Also, the gym doesn’t open to the public until 9:00 but those are no fault of the host. Overall, a very positive experience and a great place for a family stay.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re truly happy to hear that your family had a comfortable and relaxing stay and that you enjoyed the private pool — we agree, having it heated really makes a difference. We’re also glad the check-in process and communication met your expectations. We always aim to make everything as smooth and easy as possible for our guests. Regarding the clubhouse amenities, we appreciate you pointing that out. As mentioned, the location of the clubhouse facilities and the gym operating hours are managed by the resort community and are unfortunately outside of our control. However, we’re glad this did not take away from your overall experience. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we would love to welcome you back anytime! -The IHM Team
