Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This newly renovated 3 BR 2 BT bungalow is walking distance to over 19 restaurants and bars in and around the Plaza Midwood area. Its central location puts you 10 minutes to downtown Charlotte.

The Space:
The bungalow provides a living room with a large sectional sofa and tv, a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishware and small appliances. The kitchen table includes seating for six.
The bungalow includes a Master bedroom with a King bed and attached bathroom (walk in shower) and two bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bathroom (bath tub). All bedrooms have tv's and room darkening curtains.
There is also a washer and dryer as well as a desk/work area.
Outside in the back yard, there is a fire pit and underneath (inside) the house is a ping pong table and casual seating.

Guest Access:
Located at the front door is a push button key pad. To light it up you touch the bottom left corner and then put in your code.
Please let the lock open all the way before entering. You should receive your code 48 hours before check in. If
for some reason you don't please let me know.

The Neighborhood:
Plaza Midwood has several restaurants, bars all in walking distance from the house. Close to downtown.

Other Things to Note:
Within walking distance you have 19 Bars and restaurants. Close to all venues in Charlotte
