Great location! Walkable to all of downtown Hart plus the beach area on Hart Lake. Enjoyed the kayaks provided on the very calm and scenic lake. Nicely maintained space on the second floor with great outdoor amenities on the private patio including patio furniture, gas grill, and firepit. Also enjoyed the close proximity to nice golf courses, Silver Lake Sand Dunes, Little Sable Point Lighthouse. Great lodging that feels like a hidden gem.

I felt the property was adequate, but overall, it did not offer the value I expected for the price, especially considering the location and surrounding area. The unit was quite dated and, in my opinion, felt more like an apartment than a condo as advertised.One disappointment was that there was no direct access to the deck, and the deck itself was noticeably worn and did not match the appearance shown in the listing photos. That said, the views from the windows were beautiful and were one of the highlights of the stay.I have not left negative reviews in the past and do not intend this to be one. However, I feel it is important to be honest and share that the property fell short of my expectations given the rate I paid, particularly when compared with other VRBO properties I have stayed in.

Dear Gloria, we're happy we were able to accommodate you for one night. Future guests this property does not have a deck. This has a backyard patio as shown in the picture. The guest did not read any of the VRBO welcome guidebook, which made check-in very difficult, and I think they clearly had trouble finding the Bakyard area. It is stated on the listing that there is not direct access to the back patio.

Silver Lake Sand Dunes Stayover

Great spot to get to the dunes and return for dinner and a quiet night!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time here. Hart is close to a lot of fun places in the area. Beach in Pentwater was a 20 minute drive and was a fun place to spend the day. We enjoyed our time there!

Long weekend in Michigan

We had a wonderful stay in Hart, visiting Ludington and Silver Lake as well! The little town of Hart was so cute and I frequented the pizza place and the coffee place -Stella’s which was really good and so cute! The condo was as described and the back patio was great to relax on with a good view of the lake! We rented the bikes and kayaks as well. Overall very nice stay!

Nice Location

We enjoyed our stay. Only 10 minutes by car from Silver Lake. Hart is a nice small town. There are stairs to get to second floor apartment therefore if you have any health problems or age restrictions please keep this in mind. We were very happy with our stay!

Quiet, cozy retreat.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo so much. The only regret we have is not staying longer! We had slept in a hotel on the way up here and were so looking forward to a comfortable place to lay our heads for the night. Let me tell you... it did not disappoint!! The beds were comfortable, fans and tvs in each room which was a fun treat for the kids. The views were so pretty, the back window overlooking the water and you could see the lights along the bridge at night. We all slept so good, and all of our kids slept in which never happens. Everyone felt right at home. We would love to stay here again. It was the perfect location too, if you want to visit Silver lake, but not live amongst the hustle and bustle. Next time we'll take a walk or bike ride downtown and explore more. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Winsome Haze

Our family of 4 stayed at the Winsome Haze right in downtown Hart as our base for visiting the sand dunes on Silver Lk and Ludington. Beach at Little Sable Point Light house was quiet and beautiful and preferred that area for our beach day. We made great use of the kayaks (we had a truck so could easily transport them to the launch on Hart Lake), which was our backyard, as well as the bikes which we rode around Ludington State Park to see Big Sable Point lighthouse. Thanks for providing those for free, made some memories using them! Property is located upstairs and have to walk around to the back to get to the patio but time spent there was worthwhile. Many s’mores made and enjoyed playing jenga and cornhole. Property was right next to an ice cream shop and Hart Commons and many restaurants within walking distance. Property is small yet very cute and comfortable. Reminds me of a cottage. Multiple fans for use and 2 extra twin beds. Shower is quite small but worked fine for us. No dishwasher but provided everything else including coffee, creamer, and sugar. I recommend the food at the Mexican restaurant across the street, Stella’s, Hart Pizza, and breakfast at The Pink Elephant. Their pancakes and the country omelet were amazing.
