• PARKING: Maximum of 2 vehicles with required parking signage.

Guests have full access to the condo and the community amenities available to guests. There is one small locked owner closet that is not accessible to guests.

-O T H E R T H I N G S T O N O T E -

• Parking: A maximum of 2 vehicles and 2 parking passes are permitted. Vehicles must display the required signage.

• Beach Gear: Beach essentials are available in the storage unit outside the condo.

• Community Rules: Bicycles may not be ridden on the property. Boats, trailers, RVs, campers, and motorhomes are not permitted.

• Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee: Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. We maintain high cleaning standards to ensure your home is fresh, clean, and welcoming upon arrival. If you notice any cleanliness concerns at check-in, please let us know the same day so our cleaning team can promptly address them.


*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

* No boats, RV`s/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored overnight. Vehicles will be towed.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
