Tammy, we are glad you were able to enjoy the great location 303 Ruskin offers in Seaside. While we can understand your frustrations with the HOA, you failed to mention why they were keeping a close eye on the home. The HOA was on alert after we were made aware that your children were climbing from balcony to balcony (trespassing on other people's property) trying to get to the roof and were flipping all furniture upside down. After multiple complaints, we had to call the cops to give a warning to you and your children and the HOA was made aware. We are thankful for the HOA keeping a close eye on the home after they had been notified of various complaints. There are certainly many rental homes to choose from along 30A and we wish you many more happy memories at another home.

The issues you mentioned — including cleanliness concerns, the condition of the bathroom, and the parking limitations — are unacceptable and not reflective of the standards we strive to uphold. We also regret that our parking guidance felt unhelpful. While parking can be limited at some properties, we understand the importance of clear, convenient solutions and will be revisiting our approach to better support our guests in the future. Hi! Thank you for your review. The neighbor reached out to our company to let us know that guests in your party were jumping from roof to roof and were indeed violating HOA rules which could ultimately lead to an eviction. Rather than them going in that direction, they asked us to reach out to you directly to remedy the situation. As for the pickleball courts, under the 'Seaside Community Highlights' portion of the 303 Ruskin Place property page on our website, it does state that tennis and pickleball courts are pay as you play so that we avoid any surprise fees for guests. A golf cart is permanently parked at the home, but there is parking space for 2 vehicles which is stated on the property page on our website. Thank you for letting us know of the dryer issues as well as your suggestion for a keypad on the first floor and seating overlooking the park. We will certainly pass this information along to our team.
