This oceanfront second floor condominium at Regency Towers is freshly updated, equipped to optimize every moment of your vacation to Panama City Beach! The master bedroom of unit 207 features a king bed with balcony access and a private bathroom! The second bedroom features 2 full beds and is adjacent to the units second bathroom. The common area also hosts a full sleeper sofa. Regency Towers features 2 pools, fitness center, great gathering space, and much more! The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 8 minutes away and the Marina is 4 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Sweet Home Alabama Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge. You get up to two parking passes and 6 resort bands with this Thomas Drive area beach front vacation rental condo.

Guest must be at least 21 years of age to gain access to this resort property and will be denied access upon arrival to the resort by the Security Gate, if under 21 years of age.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
