Welcome to this inviting, quaint waterfront lake home where everything you've imagined becomes memories. This is the true Hidden Gem to fulfill a quiet stay over looking the serenity of the bay side of Lake Michigan. The property sits in the calm bay leading out to wide open lake. You will experience the angelic sunrises and sunsets that Door County has to offer. If you are looking for a premium fishing spot, look no further. If you prefer bird watching, you will see a variety. This property sets the backdrop to all stories of the seasons. The experiences you've imagined are right here, from the panoramic views, the biggest catch, first catch, campfires, sunbathing, low key celebrating, ice fishing, sport fishing, kayaking, and the list goes on.
There is a laundry room, the kitchen is set for the views, and great conversations around the table or counter island. The patio, is set right off for easy entertaining for grilling and picnicking. One master bedroom that sleeps two, second bedroom sleeps two, and a queen sleeper sofa.
The property is a short 10 minute drive to the heart of Sturgeon Bay, where you will find convenient shopping, restaurants, seasonal entertainment, and much more.

Ice fishing trip

Very nice spot for easy water/ice access. More comfortable than most fishing rentals. Beautiful views, day and night.

Great Vacation Getaway!

We had a terrific stay at this beautiful lake house! The kayaks were a bonus and my best friend and I enjoyed every moment of this week!

Wonderful stay!

The cabin is located right on the water - we were pleasantly surprised by the availability of outdoor seating, kayaks & life jackets, a fully stocked kitchen and two on-property fire pits. Kim was extremely responsive and helpful in answering our questions and making sure we were taken care of during our stay. It was a serene and fun time here.

Beautiful scenery

We had a great stay at this property. Beautiful scenery, sunrises and lots of stars at night. It was very quiet and peaceful. The property manager was very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and responded very quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay again.

Spectacular House

Myself and family really enjoyed ourselves at the house. The view was magnificent. So convenient with the location for what we had in mind. Nice that there was a gas station and a restaurant/bar nearby.

Beautiful Stay

While the weather did not cooperate we had a very nice stay! The owner bought our first bundle of firewood. Very clean, beautiful view of the bay! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing spot to stay while enjoying Door County.

Great spot right on the lake

Goose Creek

Hidden at a dead end with other homes around but very quiet. Clean, welcoming touches, serene lake view and the communication was great with the host. The many geese arriving and departing was entertaining every day! We recommend this VRBO!

Quiet Getaway

We enjoyed our first trip to Door County. The house was clean and convenient for our needs. Kim was an amazing host as she was very responsive and welcoming. It is a distance from everything, so it is quiet and peaceful. Loved the nature and the sunrises.

Bird-watching on the Bay

Lots of interesting birds to see during the day and stars at night. Even the Milky Way if you turn off the lights.

Perfect location for a fishing retreat!

Cute cottage just steps from the water. Quiet and special. Loved the fire pit for evenings. Host Kim was great about answering questions ahead of the visit. Father and son had a spectacular time together. We would definitely recommend!!!

Summer Holiday Weekend

My parents and I had an amazing stay for the July 4th weekend! We enjoyed the cabin style decor and cute kitchen. Spent a peaceful morning kayaking on the lake out back, and had unobstructed views of fireworks at night! Kimberly was communicative and thoughtful, and we are so glad to have stayed here for our Door County experience!

Truly a "Hidden Gem"

This property is located on Sturgeon Bay and the views of the water are panoramic across the property. The water can be seen from nearly windows on the property and is only about 50 feet from the water. The property owners were most helpful and truly cared about our comfort and preferences.

Gem on the bay

Selected this cottage to do some ice fishing and visit family in area. Well maintained and very clean & comfortable. Cottage was fully stocked and bedding/linens were new. Will have to try it in the summertime.

Very nice and quiet

We sat under the maple tree and watched the wildlife on the bay for a couple of hours. We really enjoyed the Pelicans fishing. Also saw an otter, king fisher and lots of ducks and geese. Very relaxing. The only down-side is that the beds are small. But, overall, we really enjoyed this property.

Quiet Getaway Spot

If you want to get away from the downtown hustle and bustle, this is the place! In a week there, we only saw ducks, geese, one lone swan and two fishermen (once). However within ten minutes you can find wonderful spots to eat or even Christmas shop. I did both!!

Piece of heaven

This is a beautiful cottage with amazing water views! The hosts strive to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We had issues with the hot water heater. They went above and beyond to fix the problem quickly and communicated with us through it all. Great service!!

Lovely Getaway

This house is a great place for a family vacation. We enjoyed the beautiful water views, kayaks and fishing from the dock. (We did not swim due to thick vegetation in water.). Pretty sunrises and sunsets can be watched from the large deck. Inside is small, but cozy and thoughtfully appointed. So much is included here that will save you packing - extra linens, beach towels, games, toys (baby - 10), coolers, laundry detergent/dryer balls, sound machine, baby monitor, pots/pans/utensils/seasonings, fish cleaning knife, roasting sticks, and the list goes on. It is a quick 15min drive into Sturgeon and one hour to the tip of peninsula to catch the Washington Ferry. My family of 5 had a great time and would definitely stay again.
