Snowbirds Paradise. Walk down to the beach or heated pool. Enjoy the extra large and private balcony on this unit. You can dine every day on our outdoor dining set watching the sunset. All rooms have sliding doors to the balcony and you can hear the ocean from each bedroom. Sip your coffee in the morning watching the ocean and looking for dolphins, seagulls, and pelicans. The area is very quiet and relaxing, yet, only minutes away from restaurants and attractions. You can walk on the beach to the Sheraton Resort for their popular brunch, or you can take the trolley right in front of the building to nearby attractions. This unit has a 3-month minimum lease.

Winter Escape

Beautiful view. Place was exactly as described. Only thing that could have been better was if the pool was open, but that was due to the hurricane, not any fault of the owner.

Great Location

Owner was extremely cooperative but unexpected extensive renovation noise and disruption detracted from our stay. Condo is spacious and very well equipped.

Beach Paradise

My husband and I stayed at this condo rental Jan-March, 2011 and we had an excellent stay... Recently retired , we found the unit clean, inviting and very comfortable ...plus the beach was just minutes away...we found the owner was very accommodating, professional and would highly recommend your Florida stay here.. ... Thank you for a wonderful 2011 stay in Florida...

Winter in Sand Key

The owner was wonderful when we arrived. He greeted us and actually unpacked our car for us. January and February were fabulous. March, however, was quite disappointing. They began sandblasting the building which made it impossible to sit outside on the patio due to flying dust and debris. The pool also had to be closed. We were never told this work was going to be done.

Great location and Condo

The place has a really beachy feel and has been recently redone. Very clean and up-to-date. Direct access to the beach and a private pool for the building. Walkable into Clearwater Beach and some local retail and restaurants. The owners are terrific and easy to work with. Just a pleasure.

Paradise

This is a very comfortable place to spend a vacation: clean, spacious, well appointed. There is a large terrace and a new, perfectly equipped kitchen. The heated swimming pool is adjacent the building and the quiet beach, just of of the back door. You have a free shuttle to Clearwater and St Petersburgh. You can enjoy quiet walks along the beach, sunset watching, or try something more adventurous like sailing, fishing or glidng. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable place for family fun!

It was like heaven! My family and I spent 10 days at this apartment and had so much fun and we were able to relax at the same time. The apartment is on the beach, so after sharing breakfast at the large ocean view terrace, we would go for a swim. It was so easy to cross the garden to be at the beach, with white sand and clear water, that we would not carry all the stuff you usually do with kids. The kitchen's apartment is open to the dinning room, so it was very easy to prepare lunch while the kids where playing or watching cable TV. One of my favorite things was the nap. The king size bed with air conditioning and fan was great for a little rest before going to the swimming pool. The swimming pool in front of the beach is warm and long enough to swim along it. Another important point is the coved garage.

Wonderful vacation refuge

We are a mid-life couple and had a wonderful stay at this condo in early 2010. The property was very confortable, restful and well appointed. It was clean and well-maintained, and its appearance and amenities are accurately reflected in the listing. It has convenient access facilities for all, and it's next to its own heated pool and to the Clearwater beach. It has 24-hour security guards (all amiable gentlemen!) on duty, and reserved access to the pool and the beach for the tenants. We particularly enjoyed the green next to the beach with its own umbrellas and beach chairs. About the only sounds heard at night were the waves breaking on the beach. The terrace is very ample and we enjoyed dinner there several times, watched and photographed the sunset and strained our eyes looking for dolphins and whales (You are never sure where or when you see them so take binoculars with you). We don't want to forget the kitchen which is full of light, well appointed and convenient to entertain any culinary efforts. We strongly recommend this property to any friend or relative, nothing said of its location in the Tampa-Clearwater-StPete area which has beatiful weather and a great offering in shopping, museums, restaurants and other amenities.

We work in the Tampa Bay area and enjoy the Florida weather and activities all year round. We love being able to share our second home with guests and relatives that have visited as far as from Michigan, California, Puerto Rico and Spain.

We chose Clearwater because the area has everything to offer in terms of activities such as beautiful beaches, water sports, restaurants, shopping, etc. At the same time it is close to a major metro area such as Tampa-St. Pete.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

We picked this unit among many others for sale because of the very large balcony. The building's garage is on the first floor and our unit is on top of it. Consequently, a large portion of the garage's ceiling is our balcony. Our children even play soccer in that space. When the weather is good, we spend most of the time relaxing outside in the balcony.
