This is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. There are LOTS of stairs which we can to work around with older people and a one year old on the go. We were really close to a few nice restaurants and a lovely park.

Thank you for your kind review! We're delighted to hear that the beauty of our property 3195568 and its neighborhood left such a great impression, and that the nearby restaurants and park added to your stay. Regarding the stairs, we want to note that the exterior staircases to the front door and backyard, as well as the staircases between the main level, upper level, and basement garage level, are all visible throughout the listing photos. We always encourage guests to review all listing pictures thoroughly prior to booking to ensure the property is the right fit for their group's needs.

Thank you for your review and we're glad to hear that everything was great at our property 3195568! Regarding the check-in time, as outlined in our rental agreement, on same-day check-out/in days the property's readiness may be delayed up to 5pm. This was one of those days as mentioned in the Arrival Instructions, and fortunately our cleaning team only needed an additional 10 minutes past the 4pm check-in time to ensure the property was fully ready for your arrival. We appreciate your understanding and hope to host you again!

Property was great, perfect for the amount of people we had. The pool and jacuzzi were a great compliment. The living room, eating areas, and kitchen were all more than adequate for the 13/14 people we had with us. The property managers were in constant communication and made the stay easy to manage from our end. Plenty of towels for the pool, plenty of towels for showering and bathing. The master suite was really nice and all of the bedrooms were sizable. We traveled to the area because of a baseball tournament for our kids and they were entertained the entire time. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the area. We won't need to come to this area again for baseball but if we do, we'll check to see if this property is available first.

The house is very close to train tracks, if you are a light sleeper you will hear them throughout the night. The hot tub was great for the kids and the walk to Old town LIlburn was very convenient. We would enjoy the pool during warmer months.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're glad to hear that the hot tub was a hit with the kids and that the convenient walk to Old Town Lilburn added to your stay at our property 3195568 — and we hope you'll come back during warmer months to enjoy the pool! Regarding the trains, we do want to share that this property has been consistently rented every week for over three years, and in all that time not a single guest has mentioned being bothered by train noise at night. Is it possible that a window may not have been fully closed during your stay? We hope to welcome you back soon!

House included everything we needed for a long weekend. Towels were laid out on each bed, ensuring everyone had one. Game room was perfect for the kids and the Living room was a great space for socializing. The best part was having 2 dining tables large enough to seat 8 each. Always good to find a house that can dine as many as it sleeps.

Very comfortable! It was great being able to share meals with the Family. Beds were comfortable. Host was responsive when I sent a text about not knowing where the thermostat was ( it was obvious, but more high tech than we were use to! LOL) Wonderful weekend. Very convenient to Lilburn ( old town / restaurants/ park etc)

My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay in the area. The home is well maintained and in a secure and quiet neighborhood. The property manager was attentive and provided all the pertinent information before, during and after our visit. The home is as described on the listing and large enough to accommodate adults and children of all ages. I would definitely recommend and look forward to planning another visit soon.

Great Property

Our group was in town for a gymnastics competition. Our first full day in town was a snow day in the area and we were so thankful to have a house where we could be together, spend quiet time in our rooms and enjoy the hot tub and game room throughout the afternoon. The property was in great condition. The kitchen had all the items we needed to cook meals and the common spaces were comfortable and able to allow our whole group to gather together. I would highly recommend this property for your stay!

Nice home near Stone Mountain.

Atlanta is a great place to visit. It was good for our family at a very convenient location. We went to Stone Mountain, which was very close. To Atlanta Braves game, the aquarium, and the Coca-Cola factory and played golf.It could use a highchair for infants. Maybe some nonstick frying pans. Other than that, everything was great.

Great friends family trip!

Our family of 4 and our friends family of 3 stayed comfortably in this house! The living space was large and open. A great place for games each night. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well. Our kids enjoyed the bunk room and the game room. Communication with the host was easy and quick! We were in close distance to everything we wanted to do (Stone Mountain, Georgia Aquirium, Chattahoochee Tubing).

Perfect stay

We had an amazing stay at this house during our men's baseball tournament! The place was perfect for our group, with plenty of space to relax after long days on the field. The 6 rooms were well-appointed, and the king room, queen rooms, and bunk room worked great for our team’s needs. The two couches were a nice bonus for extra lounging. The house was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the tournament fields, making it easy to get to our games on time. The host was responsive and made sure everything was set for our group. We’d definitely book this place again for our next tournament—great spot for a team getaway!Le house or your experience!
