Relax in the modern accommodations provided by the two-bedroom villas of Pawleys Plantation. These sterling properties offer two private bedrooms two full bathrooms, and one-half bathroom. Deluxe amenities like flat-screen TVs and fireplaces in living areas are standard, as are conveniences like complimentary WiFi, screened-in porches, and full kitchens. These villas are located in a gated community near the Pawleys Plantation course, as well as the pool area and conference center.

Other Things to Note: Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and a setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Pawleys Plantation Resort is located about 7 miles south of the Litchfield Beach & Golf check-in office. Once checked in, expect about a 15 – 20 minute drive (depending on lights and traffic) to your Pawleys Plantation accommodations.
