Three Bedroom, Three Bath Split Level Villa at Oyster Catcher 2 with lake views. Features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living area with a DVD player, televisions in each bedroom, a hot tub, a washer/dryer, a screened porch, a 2nd floor outdoor space, a rooftop balcony with 360 degree views of Litchfield by the Sea, and an on-site pool. Villa is located just under 1/2 mile from the beach. Resort Amenities Include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, day spa, and Starbucks.

XC Meet

The house was just as described. The area was quiet with beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable and all of the rooms had plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay again. The Lyda Family 💖

Seamless stay at this property thanks to excellent communication with the host/property management. The location was great, very safe, gated community. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to have laundry detergent available if guests are expected to wash and dry any linens.

Great location but…

The location is great as is the resort. The home is surprisingly large. The home needs some updating. I think the dishwasher may be 20 years old. Also, additional furniture on the roof deck would be nice. Overall, it was a nice place in a great location.

This property has a lot of potential, but unfortunately our stay was impacted by poor communication and several maintenance issues. The biggest frustration was the management through a third party. We repeatedly requested the correct WiFi information because the instructions in the home were incorrect. The front desk could not assist and referred us back to the rental company, who never provided the information despite multiple messages. We spent essentially our entire vacation without WiFi.There was also active, loud construction directly on the home for multiple days. Workers utilized the driveway, creating inconvenience and concern for our vehicles. We were never notified beforehand, and management initially knew nothing about it.The home also needs attention: several lights/outlets didn’t work, ice maker was broken, entry door was difficult to operate, kitchen sprayer malfunctioned, outdoor stairs need work, hammock was down, no upstairs TV remote, and there appeared to be mushroom-like fungal/mold growth above the upstairs beds. The home was minimally stocked with only 6 towels, no extra blankets/pillows, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, etc.Positives: easy beach walk, rooftop deck, porches, nearby pool, lots of space, games, gated community and great AC. With better maintenance and responsive management, this could be a wonderful rental.
