Welcome to Continental #112, a first-floor Gulf-front studio condo that sleeps four and is centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. The fully equipped kitchen includes table seating four in this charming studio condo, with a wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is tile flooring in the entry and kitchen area, with carpet in the sleeping area. The living/sleeping area has a mirrored wall that enhances the feeling of spaciousness, and two queen-size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for three guests (max occupancy per fire safety code). Opposite the beds you’ll find a sitting area. There are large windows throughout, to maximize your Gulf view. A door from the sleeping area provides access to the furnished, covered lanai and the pathway to the beach.

The Continental Condominium resort offers free covered parking, on-site laundry facilities, a Gulf-front seasonally heated pool, picnic area with grills, pool table and easy beach access. Poolside you can grab a bite or cool off with your favorite beverage from the beach bar next door.

Continental #112 is located a half-mile from the popular outdoor mall Pier Park and across the street from Gulf World Marine Park. You are also within walking distance of many local restaurants.

This was the perfect location for my trip. Walk out the patio door and there is the beach. The sand is so soft and the ocean and sky is yours to view. Instructions were perfect and space was very usable for all we needed. Excellent restaurants in walking distance. Lots to do.

Condo had a terrific view and excellent beach access, extremely convenient. Patio had 4 chairs and 2 tables which was perfect. The grounds were well maintained. Covered parking and pass was nice. Good location to restaurants. Check-in was simple with instructions. Communication was spot on with booking questions along with inquiring about parking pass location and clogged bathroom sink. Good sized rooms, comfortable clean beds, kitchen well stocked.Suggestions: floors need a good scrubbing and regular mopping, cabinets and dresser need airing and wiping as there were stale and sofa could use upholstery cleaning.Will stay again.

Myself and my wife have stayed at the continental condominium multiple times over 11 years, almost every summer. We've only missed one trip. So that's 10 years of total travel to the continental condominium and renting through verba This year was by far to the worst, I arrived in my room and it was full of love bugs. They said it was clean and ready to go. There was a crack in the window, sealed, and several other open spots that allowed all the love bugs to fly into the room. We contacting southern rentals and They said that they would send somebody up to fix this issue. That I can continue on my vacation. I had to clean up all the bugs I didn't see any one untill the next day. Midday. They siliconed, the holes up on the left. shortly after the air conditioner started pouring water out all into the floor. I contacted them again. Never seen anyone Come out we just stuffed towels underneath the ac unit to soak up all of the water. When you pay for a room a clean room you should get a clean room This was 112 on the bottom floor I would not recommend staying in 112 They offered me a discount of 50 I'd say it was a price. I learned the hardware.

Although the room was clean, The only thing that was not clean is the couch. It needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned. I had to put a sheet over it in order to sit on it. Also, The bed skirts need to be replaced. They do not fit and are quite frankly hideous. Other than that, the location is fantastic!. Great restaurants in walking distance for breakfast lunch and dinner. The beach view is absolutely amazing. The pool was clean and convenient. The outside Property is completely clean and very nice maintenance people. the room was clean. Nice concessions bar during the day Serving beverages and snacks. Very easy to check in. the keypad was very easy to use. this particular unit has parking right outside the door. Worth the money. !! And I would stay again!

Great location

Great location just steps to the beach! Everything was great about our stay just wish they already had beach chairs and toys to use. Would def. stay here again.

Nice place!

Great condo with everything you need. The location right on the outdoor patio was great, just a fews steps from the beach and no need for stairs/elevator. Some folks may want more privacy, but it was perfect for us.

Mini vacation

This place was the perfect and affordable. Our room was on the 1st so we were steps to the beach. The room was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was heated and very well maintained. I would definitely stay again when another trip to Panama City Beach arises.

Short trip for Ironman Florida 2023

Unit looked well used but everything was clean and in working order. Great beach access and walking distance to Pier Park and other attractions.

It should be more cleaned in kitchen

Great location. Good sized room. Easy check-in/out. However, the kitchern is do out dated and greasy at a few areas.

Great Location

Covered parking right outside the unit with walk-out beach access on the other side of the unit. Located on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and a popular pier. Doesn’t get any better than that! Bring your beach towels and gear. We had a blast. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were friendly and available although we didn’t need them for anything.

Great location

The beds and sofa were very soft, but we were able to sleep without back aches. Both cooking pans were small. We had to buy all groceries, but there was paper toweling and one toilet paper roll there - without a toilet paper holder. Appliances were very good including full size refrigerator with big freezer on top.

Poor Condition

Smelled when we first walked in and had to buy candles and air fresheners, Black mold in bathroom, food under beds and in ac unit, floor was filthy, dishes are so dated there useless, not enough linens, probably some other stuff im forgetting
