Step into one of the four tastefully decorated bedrooms, each fitted with brand new linens and Sleepy's Curve memory foam mattresses so you can enjoy a restful vacation. Each bedroom features calming blue tones and coastal artwork, making them the perfect place to unwind in the evening before heading to bed.

BEDROOM 1 - As you enter the duplex home, you will find the first bedroom located just down the hallway. This bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed and a flat-screen smart TV so you can keep up with all your favorite shows while on vacation.
BEDROOM 2 - The spacious primary bedroom, located on the second floor, boasts a king-sized bed, a flat-screen smart TV, a closet and drawers, and an en suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. In the evening, step out onto the private oceanfront balcony and enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean before rejoining your group in the spacious living area.
BEDROOM 3 - The third bedroom, located on the second floor, is equipped with a queen bed with a flat-screen smart TV and great views
BEDROOM 4 - The final bedroom on the second level is the bunk room which features two twin bunk beds. This is a great room for the kids to relax and enjoy.
SOFA BED - If that’s not enough space, there’s also a queen sized sofa bed in the main level lounge for additional sleeping space.

There are three full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for your group to get ready for an unforgettable beach day. Each bathroom is stocked with plush towels and a hairdryer, however, don’t forget to bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

BATHROOM 1 - On the main level, you’ll find the first full bath with a step-in shower and a single vanity.
BATHROOM 2 - On the second floor, there’s a second full bathroom in the hallway which boasts a single vanity and a shower/tub combination so you can choose your preferred way to wash up at the end of the day.
BATHROOM 3 - Finally, the primary bathroom features a spacious double vanity offering plenty of room to freshen up in the evening, as well as a shower/tub combination, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak or a quick shower.
Need to keep your towels clean? A washer and dryer is located in the hallway on the main floor so you can keep your linens fresh.

The bright and freshly remodeled kitchen is the perfect place to host friends and family while getting creative with meals. Featuring pristine white quartz countertops, ample cabinet space, and all the dishware and cookware you could need during your stay, this elegant space is a cook’s dream. Sip your favorite beverage at the island with seating for three while the chef of your group puts the finishing touches. The open concept layout makes it easy to transition from the kitchen to the dining area when you’re ready to tuck into a delicious meal. Take a seat around the large teak dining table with seating for eight and enjoy tasty fare while the sun sets and offers
great views of the ocean and beach.

The stylish lounge is the perfect place to relax with your whole family after a long day outside. There’s plenty of comfortable seating on the plush sofa so you can cool down with the air conditioning while watching a movie on the 65” flat-screen smart TV with Roku. The free Wi-Fi makes it easy to stream movies or connect with friends back home during your stay. When you’re not watching TV, play board games or admire the gorgeous views through the large sliding glass doors, filling the room with natural light throughout the day. This family-friendly space also features a Pack n’ Play (no sheets provided) and a high chair so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

Step out onto the oceanfront deck where you can enjoy outdoor living at its finest. Make a meal on the charcoal grill and enjoy al fresco dining on the deck (seating for 6) with the breathtaking ocean as your backdrop. You’ll also find several Adirondack chairs, so you can relax with a cup of tea or coffee in the morning and take in the fresh ocean air. When your group is ready to head to the beach, grab the two beach chairs and umbrella provided and use the walkway to get to the beach. Please note that the walkway is shared with the adjoining duplex. When you’re returning to the house, you’ll find a private outdoor shower so you can quickly rinse the sand off before heading inside to grab a snack or a refreshing drink.

Also, free parking is available for up to four cars! One car can fit in the carport and 2-3 can be parked in the driveway.

This beautifully remodeled home is ideally located on the beach in close proximity to the Food Lion grocery store, New River Inlet beach, and Surf City pier, so you can quickly get around.

Linens:
Clean and well-maintained linens are provided for your comfort and include all the sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and bath towels you may require.

Beach Towels:
Beach towels are provided for your use. We request that guests launder, fold and store any that are used. These are not part of your cleaning fees.

Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed. An additional fee of $200 per pet is added to reservation. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Pets are not allowed in the pool deck area as well. We can allow a maximum of 2 dogs, each may weigh under 50 lbs. Pets are not allowed in pool or common areas.

Rental Policy:
A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for booking.
Minimum Age: 25. Security deposit hold of $1000 off platform required.
