Randy! We *almost* caught that tow truck, right?! I'm going to work on my fast twitch muscle response -- I think I could have gotten to it in time it if only I'd done a few more squats the month before. I really should have done a better job of pointing out to you specifically that there are no legal spots across the street -- the spot you were in was definitely blocking our neighbor's driveway. I'm sad, because there were multiple spots *just* a half block up the street, right at the same time! I'm sorry. Next time I will be sure to: (1) Point out where to park and not park, very specifically. (2) Run faster! No tow truck will escape me in the future; this is my solemn vow :)

Thank you for your feedback! This is the first time in over a year that we have not gotten a 10 out of 10 review on VRBO, so I'm taking it very seriously! It's also the first time in our 3 years of hosting that we've ever gotten lower than an 8 out of 10 on VRBO. I didn't get a single message from you during your 2 night stay, even though I reached out to you a few times both via VRBO and via the phone number you shared with us on file, so I'm surprised to hear now that there you didn't feel the messaging was personal, and that there were challenges with your stay -- I would have happily gone the extra mile to get you anything you needed, as we do with all our guests, should have been willing to send us a message! Nonetheless, I'm very open the feedback. If you wouldn't mind please sending me some private responses with even more specific recommendations, we'd be happy to take the feedback and make improvements. Thank you!

I've pasted below (a) the first message we sent you, immediately after you booked (b) your response to that message and (c) the description on the listing. With this context in mind, do you have any suggestions for how we might make our listing description and communication even more clear to ensure no one else is confused as you were about the number of bedrooms? We would really have liked to have gotten five stars from you, as we have received from *all* our other guests, and so we're eager to learn how we might have made your experience totally perfect! Thank you! Here is the message we sent you one hour after you booked: "We have three bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has one large bed (one King bed and two Queen beds). In addition to the three beds upstairs, we also have one new fold-out sofa in the downstairs living room. It is almost Queen size. Any questions? Please do let us know if the bed / sleeping situation will work for you and your family! Thank you!" You responded by saying: "The bed sleeping situation will definitely work for us. Based on your note may we please have linens for downstairs sofa bed?" And here is the description on the listing: The home has three proper bedrooms and two big living rooms. The bedrooms have: 1 King bed; 1 Queen bed; 1 Queen bed. The living rooms may be used as a fourth bedroom for groups that require more than those three beds. In addition to the 3 beds in the 3 bedrooms there are: (a) a foldout sofa bed in one living room and (b) three fold-out single mattresses and (c) two regular (not sleeper/fold-out) couches. The sofa bed, fold-out mattresses, and regular couches are available for use by larger family groups requiring such accommodation.
