Dear Elizabeth, thank you for an excellent review. Glad you enjoyed this wonderful home with 6 bedrooms and a private pool. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future!

Hello Elizabeth, thank you for your wonderful review. Happy you enjoyed your stay. We have replaced the malfunctioning iron. Next time just please call us so we can resolve while you are still here. Sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the number of TVs. We feel the listing describes it properly, with one (Twin) bedroom indeed not having a TV, as it has never had a TV in it (there is simply no cable hook up in that room). We look forward to your next visit to the Orlando area.

Hi Gayle, thank you very much for an excellent review score. We are happy you enjoyed your stay, and we look forward to hosting you and your family again next time you visit Florida.

Hi, thank you for your feedback—we are really sorry to hear about your experience. That said, some of the issues you mentioned don’t match up with this property or your stay dates, so it’s possible this review may have been meant for another home. We’re always available during your stay to help with anything—from supplies to maintenance—so we encourage guests to reach out right away if something’s not right. Appreciate you taking the time to share, and we’re happy to chat further if needed. Thank you.

Hi Joe, thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We understand that the photo ID requirement after booking can feel unexpected, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. This step is part of our effort to ensure guest safety, and to prevent fraudulent card payments. Regarding the pool heating and grill fees, we strive to clearly outline all optional fees in the terms and conditions here on Vrbo, and in the rental agreement, but we appreciate your input on making this even more transparent. We regret that the pool and hot tub temperatures were not comfortable upon arrival (due to the initial declining of the pool heating option), and we’re glad to hear one of your guests took initiative to pick up that part of the cost. As for the community amenities and the games in the garage, we take your comments seriously and will review these areas to ensure improvements where possible. Please know that during every stay, we are on call and ready to assist with any concerns or issues as quickly as possible. We encourage guests to reach out so we can resolve problems promptly. Thank you again for your honest review, and we hope to use your feedback to improve for future guests.
