This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo has recently undergone a complete renovation and boasts a luxurious feel with a fresh, modern design that exudes ocean vibes. Magnolia House 307 is fully furnished with tasteful décor and high-end finishes, creating a comfortable and stylish living space. In the bedroom, you’ll find a King bed with an additional Queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
The condo includes two beach access points, providing a perfect opportunity for lounging on the sand, swimming in the ocean, or enjoying water sports. Additionally, two adult bikes are available, allowing you to explore the surrounding area and take in the sights at your own pace. The fitness center is fully equipped for those who like to stay active and provides a great place to exercise and stay in shape.

This condo was awesome! Fantastic view, clean, and the little welcome packet was so thoughtful when you hadn't gone to the grocery store yet! The handwritten note was an amazing touch. Condo was exactly like in pictures and the binder was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Fabulous

Compared to other properties in this area and hiking & biking all around, this seemed to have best amenities and location by far. The Magnolia House was awesome and guests and owners were equally friendly. 3 pools were great and Weber grills provided a nice option for grill masters. The perks into the harbor area, like water taxi (complimentary) were awesome.Great bang for the buck!

Magnolia Blooms!

Loved being able to book activities with Xplorie, & we golfed twice! The two pools were clean & cool. Having access to two private beaches as well as bikes, we never ran out of things to do. The neighborhood was not only lovely, but it felt safe also! Finally, the space was perfect for us two adults, & was exactly as advertised. We will be back!

Nice location but room is lacking

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, the property was very nice and in a secluded location away from all the hustle of Destin. The beach was nice and the chairs were an added touch. However, guests weren’t able to use them at the east beach, nor could we bring our own and be within proximity of certain guests. The amenities in the room were great, but be aware that 307’s bedroom is right off the elevator. It’s loud and you can hear people talking and the bell ringing. You think someone is outside ringing your doorbell or talking inside your room. They were very cheap on providing things like laundry soap, dish soap and paper towels. $25 fee for lost arm band is ridiculous too. They cost less than a dollar to make and do no good by keeping it. The one elevator would not operate correctly when on level 3. If that elevator called, you’d have to hit up in order to get the other elevator to come. For the money that’s paid, this shouldn’t be an issue. Also, the infinity pool was down for 2 remaining days of our trip. Very unfortunate. It was also like the AC was set up to shut off while we were out and about. Every time we came back the air would miraculously turn on and start cooling. It was also annoying. Some things should be fixed for what you pay to stay at these places. There was trash on the floor when we arrived under the couch and hair on the wall in the bathroom. I’d recommend maybe a different property in this gated community. This room needed some help. The fridge was also rusty and rust inside the dryer. Trash was all along the washer/dryer unit.

We’ll also look into your concerns regarding the air conditioning, as we are not aware of any programmed schedule that would cause it to shut off while guests are away. The location of the condo is fixed within the building, but we understand that being near the elevator can be a consideration for some guests. Regarding the community amenities, including the pools and elevators, those are managed by the HOA. We understand how much these features add to a vacation experience and appreciate your understanding when temporary issues arise. The infinity pool closure during your stay was a temporary measure to replace a broken tile and ensure the area remained safe for guests. We’re also happy to share that the elevator concerns have been addressed. Guests do have access to the East Pass beach area as well; when using that access, guests will want to stay to the left side of the jetty. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for choosing to stay with us. Great beach condo.

This was our first time in Destin. The location was great and we were close to everything in the area. Easy beach access. The only thing that bothered me was the room was located right in front of the elevators and was very loud at times essentially in the early morning hours . It definitely would not stop me from staying here again. Hope to be back soon! Thank you.

Destin 2024

It is a nice one bedroom condo that overlooks the pool. We enjoyed our stay. It is a short walk to the private oceanfront beach. The tram mentioned was not working during our stay but no big deal. I really only have two complaints. The bed has a mattress protector on it that crunches every time you move. And while the view from the balcony is nice, when you want privacy, you need to close the curtains on the slider because everyone at the pool can see directly into the condo. But that is the same with every condo there just because of the layout. Also, the light from the hallway makes its way into the bedroom at night. The curtains are not able to keep all of the light out. Overall the property was very clean and is in a great location. We used uber for transportation and saved about $450 as opposed to renting a vehicle. They are building a new pool right on the beach and the renderings look pretty amazing. That will be a great addition.

Good stay but understand what you get

My wife and I stayed here for a four day getaway. The unit is nice, and fairly well appointed. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has a decent amount of cookware. Make sure you bring regular, basket style coffee filters. The view is nice. The unit is directly across from the elevators. The property owner gets a 5.Now on the other side. Make sure you check and see what is available for your "800 of FREE activities every day of your stay..." We wanted to go fishing, but they were not running during our stay, Spring Break", Every other charter service was available. Save yourself a headache and check the Xplorie website. The pool right in front of the room is convenient, but both days we used it kids were running around unattended, making it difficult to relax or use the hot tub. We were not the only ones who were complaining about this. The property has rules, two pages of them, they just don't enforce them. I would rate the property management a three and a half. I will say that Johnny, at the gate when we checked in, is stellar. He really went out of his way to welcome us.

The handicapped accessibly at this complex is great. There was a ramp with rails in the pool directly in front of the condo. The second pool next to the beach is zero entry. The only inconvenience was the tram was out for a few days. The walk was doable we will bring our beach wagon next year just in case. Would recommend 10/10.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in Destin. The view from Magnolia House both in the mornings and in the evenings was beautiful. We used the Xplorie for golf twice and loved the savings we received for a free round of golf. The pool and the hot tub were two of our favorite places. We sat at the beach twice and it was so nice not to have to lug down umbrellas and chairs.This is definitely in our radar with another visit in the future!
