Feel your stress melt away the moment you open the door to Unit 2123 at Sandpiper Cove.

This beautifully remodeled condo features a spacious balcony with stunning views of Destin’s emerald-green waters and sugar-white sands. Comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze.

Located on the second floor (no elevator), this unit accommodates up to six guests (ideal for families with children) or five adults max, and includes two parking spaces.

The condo has been thoughtfully converted into a 1½-bedroom unit - offered at a lower rate than a traditional two-bedroom - while maintaining a bright and open layout.

The living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen smart TV with Cox Cable TV included, and a queen-size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including ample granite countertop space. A charming dining area completes the open-concept design.

The guest sleeping area includes twin bunk bed and a wardrobe, while the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, spacious dresser, closet, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and a beautiful view.

You’ll also find two bathrooms, both with walk-in showers, along with the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, cable TV, and high-speed internet. A doorbell camera is installed by the front door for added security - this is the only camera on the property.

Sandpiper Cove is a gated resort community in the heart of Destin, surrounded by top-rated restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, amusement parks, and world-class golf courses. Nearby Destin Harbor offers pontoon and jet ski rentals, dolphin and sunset cruises, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, and more.

This unit is better than described. We could have stay here forever. Very relaxing and comfortable with an on the beach feel. Close to shopping, food, and entertainment. Just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit.

My husband and I stayed and enjoyed the location very close to harbor and other attractions as well. The view from the balcony was great. The condo has a lot of room when you have multiple people. The property is very quiet. The Sand Flea beachside bar which is on the same property is amazing. The owner of the property was very quick with responses.

Our stay was wonderful. We had everything we needed in our room. Myrian answered our questions quickly and even recommended a pontoon rental business. This rental is in a great location. Most everything you want to do or restaurants you want to try are within a 15 drive.

We had such a great stay here! Everything was very clean and the location was wonderful! Right next to the water! Our host left us plenty of supplies to use like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dishwasher and washing machine pods, trash bags, toilet paper, plus a few extras! Check in was super easy and our host was quick to respond to our messages. Everything was in good working order and we had no issues with appliances working properly. Towels and sheets smelled amazing! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Destin.

The property was very clean, but I wouldn’t classify this a a two bedroom. There is a sliding barn door n the hallway where the bunk bed’s are. It’s not a traditional bedroom.

This was our second time staying at Sandpiper Cove. This second time was a much better experience than the first! The condo was clean, had a fully equipped kitchen, toiletries provided, beach front access, and everything went smoothly. Next trip I am definitely booking with this host!

Beautiful condo. A little smaller than expected but very clean with a remarkable view. Conveniently located near Destin Harbor. 5 minute walk across the street to the closest pool. This is a 2nd floor unit with a lot of stairs, be prepared to get some cardio. Host is very attentive. Large balcony was a plus!

Beach Service, Pools, Pickleball/GolfBeautiful location! The beach service with umbrellas and chairs was a huge plus, and the beach was not crowded at all during our May stay. We also loved how many places were within walking distance, including grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The area felt very safe wherever we went. The host was very responsive, and the staff on site were all friendly and polite. We would definitely love to return to this location in the future. One small recommendation would be to provide coffee, tea bags, or sugar for guests, always a nice extra touch. Thanks again!

The condo was wonderful for our family of five! My kids enjoyed the bunkbeds and the large deck. Being able to see and hear the water was priceless. Getting down to the beach area was an easy and short walk for us. Having beach service was an added bonus. The condo was easily accessible to everything that we needed or wanted (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Myrian was easy and she responded quickly. We'd love to return in the future!

Beautiful ocean view. Space was clean and comfortable, it was only two of us for the month (daughter came for 2 nights). It would be a tight space for 6 people - unless the weather was warm and you could be outside most of the time (which wasn't the case in February). Everything was as expected and we would certainly stay here again.

Destin area is amazing because this city have have all the nature and the most beautiful sea and so many tons of blue and the sand is as white as snow, it is incredible beautiful. At the same time, the city offers plenty of fun activities, plenty of options of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, clinics, everything you possible need, is right there. It is a developed city in the middle of the nature. Just perfect.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

This property is unique because it is on the sand, on the second floor of a TWO-Story only building that gives you the sense of being in a beach bungalow. The balcony is big and you can feel the breeze out looking the ocean, the dunes... it is so relaxing.
