Located in the quiet town of Port Dover (90 min south of Toronto), this new home is walking distance from shops, cafes and the Lighthouse Theatre. Or, relax at home and enjoy your own private beach.

Complete with new appliances, cozy furnishings and amenities, you'll have everything you need for the perfect relaxing getaway.

Our Lake House features three large bedrooms complete with fresh linens and comfy mattresses guaranteed to provide a relaxing night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms have their own ensuite and the third bathroom is located on the main floor. All are meticulously cleaned and supplied with tasteful soaps from a local store, Cottage North that you will find in downtown Port Dover.

All throughout the house you'll find a number of carefully crafted social gathering spots.

The main living area has big beautiful windows with unobstructed views of the lake. You'll find yourself getting cozy on the couches made for two or hanging out at the oversized dinner table playing cards, or board games while taking in views of the water.

Then during the summer nights you'll find yourself gathering on the upstairs covered deck, relaxing on the outdoor furniture, watching the gorgeous colours of the sky changing right before your eyes.

The kitchen, complete with organic white quartz counter tops includes everything you would need to make your favourite meal for the family.

When not enjoying the inside of the home, you can roast marshmallows on the outdoor gas fire pit that overlooks the lake (during the winter as well), or during the spring, summer and fall you can take the steps down to the water, and enjoy 85 ft of lakefront on our large concrete pad.

Not only do we offer a beautiful space, but we also make it FUN for the kids with kid packs, activities, board games and even kids robes!

**Given the current situation around the world, with Covid-19, we're maintaining a buffer of 24 hours between all reservations. As well as the buffer, we are implementing Covid-19 house rules, for our safety as well as yours. Further information will be provided prior to your stay.

**We will also ask all guests, staying at the Lake House sign a separate rental agreement before arriving. This should be signed and returned within 48 of checking in.
