First Class home

We loved the house and location. Clean, quiet and beautiful home all around. We would definitely stay here again. Owner was great to work with and the attention to detail was much appreciated.

Perfect Destination for a group of friends or family

The property is fabulous. The master bedroom is huge and awesome. All of the other rooms are furnished fabulously with really compfartable beds. I was able to have control over the pool and jacuzzi and was able to control the temperature of both which was such a huge plus. Also the backyard is great. Tremendous amount of natural shade from trees and a great breeze all the time so its not too hott. Great putting area fun to play with the kids. One of the greatest features, especially if you have kids or brought pets is the park directly across the street. It has a huge grass area to let your pets run and then a great kids park with slides and swings. Really helped keep the kids happy. Overall I would highly recommend and next time I am in the area I will be returning to this house.

Stacey and I own and operate a real estate brokerage and work full time in Denver, Colorado. We fell in love with Arizona and specifically Scottsdale 10 years ago, and traveled there regularly for vacations with friends and family. We bought our first Scottsdale home near Old Towne in 2018 and started renting it via AirBnb and VRBO in 2019 for the weeks and months we weren't there. The plan was to eventually retire into that property as our future full time home. Fast forward to 2022 and this beautiful home in Grayhawk caught our eye and replaced our Old Towne home as our future retirement plan. As STR hosts now for almost 5 years, and regular renters ourselves of homes when we travel, we have tried to think of everything our guests might need to have the most enjoyable time we can provide! This 4bed 3bath home is 3500 sqft with high ceilings and wide open spaces. Inside a private gated secure community, the location offers walkability as well as an easy commute to the best of North Scottsdale! There is a private community park and shaded playground directly across from the front door, and an even bigger community park with basketball and tennis just a short walk away. Inside the home there is a separate billiard room, formal dining room, large kitchen and adjoining family area, as well as a big laundry room. The outdoor patio is our favorite spot, south facing for lots of sun, but with a big retractable awning for shade and comfort. The pool we redid in October/November of 2022, with all new heaters, filters, pumps, new tile, and new pebble-tek coating. The pool has a built in hot-tub jacuzzi area with separate controls. Next to the pool is the large putting green and chipping mat, clubs and balls included. We have plenty of lounge chairs (extra ones in the garage - not pictured) and lots of outdoor games: water basketball, pool noodles, sports balls, corn-hole, beer-pong, and lots of floaties, all in the bin next to the putting green. The outdoor patio furniture is all brand new in 2022 and we added ice bucket tables, a table with built in gas fire pit, an overhead gas powered space heater, and a large outdoor speaker you can blue-tooth into. The outdoor grill area has a built in beverage refrigerator so you don't have to go far for a cold drink. Behind the jacuzzi there is a artificial grass play area, and a wood fired fire pit. We also have a lime tree and limes are in season around January - March.

One thing we LOVE is its a super easy walk to one of the best Italian restaurants in the area, PARMA (ask for Manny or Kate). Arizona's best golf courses are all within 20 minutes, and there are plenty of the best dining, shopping, and things to do all within a short drive. The new Mayo Clinic is one exit up the road, and the Waste Management TPC Phoenix open is just under 3 miles away. If you are looking for outdoor adventure, Cave Creek has ATV tours and lots horse back riding, and there are 4 awesome country bars there all 15-20 minutes from the house. Feel free to ask us for any recommendations!
